max craid and saskia were chatting in the lounge and max said to saskia shall i tell craig what i did.

after making craig promise not to tell anyone he said that he had got a scab frm his leeg crumbled it up and put it in sciences food!!!

big brther called him to the diary room last night to give him a telling off but he denied it!!

Police have confirmed that they are investigating the 'Scabgate' incident after receiving complaints from outraged viewers.

On Friday Max confessed to Craig that he had sprinkled some of his scab crust into Science's mince but later denied that he had actually done anything when confronted by Big Brother.

The act is potentially criminal in nature because of the health and safety concerns it raises.

"We've had a complaint and we are liaising with producers Endemol to investigate it," a spokeswoman for Hertfordshire police told The Mirror.

Channel 4 said that, after investigation, they had no evidence that Max had gone through with his story. "We've investigated this incident fully and found no evidence that Maxwell put his scabs into Science's food," said a spokesperson. "But Big Brother doesn't tolerate anything that could potentially harm the welfare of the housemates so called Maxwell to the Diary Room to explain his actions.

"Maxwell says that it didn't happen and it would appear to be a case of him showing off to the others about something he didn't do."

I'm not sure if he did it or not, but if he did that's disgusting. Surely there would be video of him doing it though - he's in the BB house! Oh and why do people always put 'gate' after something if its a scandal?

I'm sorry but I cannot get my head around the police getting involved in an incident regarding whether someone put a bit of dead skin in someone else's food. There are crimes out there... serious crimes which require the police attention...............this just goes to show what a mockery the police are and what a mockery whoever is who informed the police anyway.........

Would be nice if they had investigated my two house burglaries so quickly and thoroughly but hey... maybe they had other more important things to do like investigate whether Vanessa is eating the porridge or not!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
