Home and Away's Heath reportedly hopes to "make peace" with estranged father Danny.

The River Boy will meet up with the jailed Braxton patriarch in the coming weeks following the discovery that girlfriend Bianca is expecting his baby.

Dan Ewing told TV Week: "After it's confirmed he's the father of Bianca's baby, he realises he has a lot of questions about his own father and why he left them.

"I think deep down he wants to make peace with him because he feels he'll be a better father if he does that.

"Heath definitely resents his father, mainly because he idolised him so much when he was a young teenager. So it's pretty icy and there's a lot of pent-up anguish and emotion.

"Danny (Andy McPhee) regrets a lot of the stuff he did in the past, and he lets Heath know that he wishes he didn't throw his family away."

Ewing added: "But there's so much water under the bridge that it won't be a one-visit fix."

Home and Away star Lincoln Younes has revealed that Casey is to outsmart his wicked father.

The Summer Bay actor told TV Week that his alter ego will become Danny's ally in an attempt to learn of his devious plans before they come to fruition.

Nasty Danny Braxton (Andy McPhee) has begun to charm Ruby with the knowledge that she has access to his late mother Charlie's inheritance money.

Younes said of the plot: "Casey is quite smart and wants to keep Danny close to him and get on side with him, because if he is doing the dodgy, which he certainly shows tendencies of, then at least Casey will be on the inside.

"Danny is trying to manipulate Casey in a way that [will help him] extort Ruby for the money. Obviously Casey pulls up at this and the alarm bells are ringing."

Casey later manages to convince older brother Brax that his plan to stay close to Danny will work.

Younes was coy on where the plot will lead, simply saying: "It's quite an intense storyline."

A promo for Home and Away's upcoming car crash and murder scenes suggest that Casey and Danny will play a central role.

Home and Away's Lincoln Younes has disclosed details of shocking scenes to air in the coming weeks.

The Summer Bay actor suggests that his character Casey Braxton could be the victim of a rage from his violent dad Danny (Andy McPhee).

As Younes discussed last week, Casey has been allying himself with his father to keep track of his unlawful moneymaking schemes.

"You see him turn up at the house and Casey opens the door and what happens from there is quite brutal," he told the latest TV Week.

"It's a sign of how nasty Danny can be, because he backhands Casey. How flippantly he backhands Casey alludes to everything Brax has said about how dangerous Danny is."

Younes added: "He's in too deep and it's really quite a scary storyline. Because not only is Danny possibly the worst father, because he's manipulating and brutalising Casey, but Casey deep down would still love to connect with him."

Teenager Casey's "biggest" storyline airs next week on the Seven Network, and in the UK this autumn.

Casey is showing his strength in standing by Ruby and protecting her from Danny. I hope they get rid of Danny soon as he is so destructive to everyone around him.
