Meanwhile, Hollyoaks sixth former Bart McQueen is in for a shock when his family are arrested.

With exam time arriving for the teens, things seem to be looking up for Bart (Jonny Clarke) as Jen suggests that art college could be ideal for him - which even impresses Diane.

However, when an upbeat Bart arrives home, he's stunned to witness the rest of the McQueens being hauled away by the police, who have discovered his cannabis farm in the loft.

As the McQueens face tough questioning, they all stay loyal by keeping Bart's name out of the matter. Despite this, his troubles are only just beginning when a threatening Brendan makes it clear that he expects repayment for the weed.

With the pressure piling up, Bart decides to go on the run and Sinead (Stephanie Davis) is keen to go with him. However, Bart wrestles with his conscience as he doesn't want to destroy his girlfriend's bright future. Will he do the right thing for Sinead and his family?

Monday

It's exam time for the sixth formers and while Sinead and George have been revising, Bart has a more laidback attitude.

Jen suggests that Bart should think about Art College and even Diane is impressed - things are looking up for him and Sinead. However, Bart's high is short-lived when he arrives home to find his whole family being arrested!

Meanwhile, Callum is thinking about studying in the USA, but makes it clear that he won't ask his dad for money. At the same time, he also has to deal with Martha's increasingly demanding problems.

Elsewhere, Carmel is stunned to be asked out on a date with her gym crush Ed Morrison, while Brendan assures Cheryl that his past is behind him after what happened to Joel.

Tuesday

The McQueens have kept Bart's name from the police and are trying to figure out where he is. A terrified Bart is forced to tell Sinead the truth.

Meanwhile, the sixth formers have their General Studies exam today and while George is confident, Callum has Martha's unpaid bills on his mind.

Elsewhere, Darren prepares pub quiz questions and gets annoyed by Nancy's attitude towards his intelligence!

Wednesday

When a threatening Brendan reminds Bart how much he owes for the weed, Bart resorts to selling the Savages' campervan. Later, astute Jacqui corners her cousin and agrees to help him 'disappear'.

Meanwhile, Callum's worst fears are confirmed when he finds more unpaid bills and comes home to find Jack demanding overdue rent from Martha.

Elsewhere, it's still a sore point that Darren beat Nancy on the quiz questions - she insists she's the one with the brains.

Thursday

Nancy and Darren sort out their differences just in time to celebrate some good news.

Meanwhile, as Bart and Sinead go on the run, a distraught Diane confronts the McQueens. At the same time, Jacqui puts pressure on runaway Bart not to ruin true love Sinead's bright future.

Elsewhere, Callum is struggling to manage his exams and Martha's selfish demands on her son are the last thing he needs.

Friday
Callum wakes up to discover that Martha made it home in the wee small hours and got to know her new boss a whole lot better. He is hopeful that he can escape to the US soon, but is distracted by a distraught Lacey saying that dad can't take her away.

Meanwhile, in the cold light of day, Nancy's worried about her pregnancy.

Elsewhere, Bart does the right thing for Sinead, but can he say the same for his family?

Also today, it seems that Carmel has finally found love.
