Emmerdale has changed for me it is not as exciting as it once was I think it is because James Thornton and Danny Miller left. Thornton and Miller were two of the most popular male stars on Emmerdale. Both men decided to leave Emmerdale they weren't fired. I feel like there is a void right now on Emmerdale it has lost its spark. Now Holly Barton and Hannah Barton are leaving in the next few months. The new lesbian couple aren't exciting their storyline is kind of dry. I do like Declan and Katie's relationship and the Cameron and Chas affair. Laurel and Ashley Sandy storyline is also interesting.

I never liked the Bartons, even John if I'm honest.. I don't mind Moria, but I hate Holly and Hannah so I'm glad they're leaving and I hope Adam leaves as well.. I agree about Danny Miller though, even though I don't think there were many more storylines suitable for him without his character getting boring

No the show is about more than Aaron and John and while Aaron is a huge loss as he was a great character hopefully other interesting characters can shine

I have enjoyed watching the Ashley/Sandy abuse storyline it was harrowing to watch but excellently played by the actors involved

Zak storyline gets interesting more next week when Cain gets involved
