Monday episode 5501 - 23/04/12

Lottie and Dex seem to hit it off instantly, which makes April question the nature of their relationship. When April accidently overhears that Bianca intends to leave Summer Bay without telling her, she becomes upset, and Dex runs to her rescue. But when it seems to Dex that April is only interested in him when she feels threatened by another girl, he is furious and storms off.

Unable to reconcile their tempestuous relationship with Heath, Bianca and Liam attempt to steal away from Summer Bay to start a new life. Leah and Irene share their concerns that leaving the Bay won’t fix anything, but neither Liam nor Bianca can see any other way.

In the meantime, Heath is still trying to convince Bianca to be with him, and when he learns that she intends to leave the Bay, he approaches her to try and talk her out of it. The baby kicks for the first time, and Bianca and Heath share a moment, which is caught by Liam. Furious, he storms off, Bianca in toe. When she asks him if he is happy about the baby, and he can’t respond, their future together is once again in question.

Tuesday episode 5502 - 24/04/12

After his break-up with Henri, Casey is left heartbroken and dismayed about the situation. After a concerned April and Brax approach Henri about Casey, she goes to visit Casey and give some closure to their relationship. As they share a final kiss, VJ arrives and sees them, and is left confused about what he has just witnessed.

Brax learns that Liam has quit Angelo’s and intends to move away with Bianca and his brother’s baby. Concerned about what this means for Heath, he urges Liam to reconsider. But when Liam walks in on Heath’s mature attempt at trying to sort something out that can suit everyone, Liam is angered and refuses to compromise. Heath is forced to attain a court order preventing them from leaving with his unborn baby.

Leah, in her attempt to get pass her crush on Brax, joins an online dating site. Though she is hesitant to take it to the next level, the girls encourage her to seek out a real date.

Wednesday episode 5503 - 25/04/12

As Indi and Romeo struggle to come to terms with their break-up, they both find distraction in others’ attention. Logan is back on the scene, and after a hot date, they share a passionate kiss which ultimately leads to more. In the meantime, a drunken Romeo returns to the Summer Bay House to find Ruby. When he moves in for a kiss, she is all too willing to reciprocate. She starts to tell him that she is still in love with him, but he passes out before she can finish.

After seeing Casey and Henri kiss, VJ tells Brax, who becomes concerned about the relationship and the impact it will have on Casey. When Henri is offered a permanent teaching position at Summer Bay High, she and Casey come up with a story to tell Gina that they hope will free them from any controversy, but Gina’s suspicions force a confession from VJ, which leads her to firing Henri and sending Casey to counselling.

When Brax learns than Casey and Henri’s relationship is revealed, he approaches Henri and tells her to leave Summer Bay for good and never see Casey again.

Thursday episode 5504 - 26/04/12

When Sid catches Sasha and Xavier making out, he becomes concerned with where their relationship is heading. After trying to enlist Indi’s help (but instead learning that Indi slept with Logan, and is in no place to give love advice), he joins forces with John to hose down the publically steamy relationship between the teenagers.

Indi and Romeo get together to discuss the future of their relationship, but when it is revealed that Indi slept with Logan and Romeo kissed Ruby; they are once again torn apart. In the meantime, Ruby’s hopes are quashed when Romeo assures her that he doesn’t want to be anything more than friends, and Logan unrelentingly pursues Indi.

John, still bitter over the closing of the Resort project, approaches Harvey and Roo with questions about the newly proposed Eco Park. Suspicious of Harvey’s involvement, he warns him that he is going to the Council. Roo is confident, but when Xavier and Sasha catch Harvey in the middle of a heated discussion with the Mayor of Summer Bay, we are left wondering what Harvey is up to?

Friday episode 5505 - 27/04/12

John and Harvey are still at each other’s neck, and after Xavier reveals to John that he saw Harvey have a heated conversation with the Mayor, John is convinced there is something fishy going on. In the meantime, Roo and Gina have had enough. In an attempt to smooth things over between the two stubborn men, they plan a nice dinner together. As the men pretend to be civil with each other, the ladies believe their plan as worked. But as soon as they are out of ear shot, we realise that the men are still butting heads.

Dex and Lottie have been spending a lot of time together, and it is clear there is more than just friendship there. Lottie invites Dex over for dinner, revealing to Roo that she has romantic intentions.

After Leah stumbles and makes a fool of herself in front of Brax, she is determined to go out with someone from the online dating site in order to show Brax she does not like him. But when her chosen suitor proves to be a depressive bore, she makes a fool of herself by getting drunk, and then compounds the problem by trying to seduce the man she was desperate to forget.
