As Sonya frets over the results of her fertility tests, Toadie plays the wise and supportive partner; meanwhile Kate still refuses to come home, and Sophie takes her fate into her own hands.

Tuesday 21 February - 6342

When Susan discovers Sophies missing, Callum cant help but feel worried for his friend; meanwhile desperate Paul looks for Sophie; Sonya tries to take Toadies mind off his fertility issues.

Wednesday 22 February - 6343

Kate and Sophie realise theyre better apart; Rhys gets concerned when he suspects his superior, Jessica, is developing a romantic interest in Karl.

Thursday 23 February - 6344

Paul struggles to convince the DHS hes fit to be Sophies guardian; meanwhile, Jade finds a unique way to show Kyle how she feels about him.

Friday 24 February - 6345

Unable to stop thinking about Michael and their kiss, Emilia attempts to talk to him about their feelings for each other; seeing no option, Summer decides to repeat year twelve.

Monday, February 20 - Episode 6341
Kate embraces her decision to go travelling with Dominic. They plan to spend their last few days in Port Douglas together before heading off to Vietnam. But then an impassioned email arrives from Sophie – the DHS will take her into foster care if Kate doesn’t come back. A torn Kate is forced to choose between her new boyfriend and her little sister back home.

As Sonya frets over the results of her fertility tests, Toadie plays the wise and supportive partner. But when Rhys reveals that Toadie’s the one with fertility issues he is totally thrown. Despite Karl’s advice and Sonya’s support, Toadie’s obviously dissapointed.

With Kate refusing to come home, Sophie seems to have run out of options – the DHS will inevitably take her into foster care. Having previously fought with Kate, Sophie’s too proud to contact her again so Callum decides to step in, sending an email to Kate pretending to be Sophie and begging her to come back. But when Karl seems to confirm Sophie’s fears that Kate will not be coming home, Sophie decides to pack her bags and run.


Tuesday, February 21 - Episode 6342
When Susan discovers Sophie is missing, Callum can’t help but feel worried for his friend. When a concerned Paul calls on Priya to gather information from Sophie’s class, Callum suspects Rani knows more than she’s letting on. He follows Rani home ambushing her in her bedroom and discovering Sophie hiding there. Holding out hope Kate will return, Callum appeals to Sophie to come home. Sophie pleads with Callum to keep her whereabouts secret, but unconvinced she is making the right decision, can Callum keep quiet?

Sonya’s frustrated Toadie won’t discuss his fertility issues and a sympathetic Karl suggests the first step could be simply reducing Toadie’s stress levels. Taking on a light-hearted approach Sonya decides to recreate the House of Trouser and is pleased when Toadie eventually gets into relaxing around the house. But, when he still requests they keep his problem quiet, she realises they have a long road ahead.


Wednesday, February 22 - Episode 6343
Losing hope that Kate will return, Callum’s over the moon when she finally does. Now confident her return will bring Sophie home, Callum reveals she’s staying at Rani’s and they make it to her in time. As the DHS meeting fast approaches, Paul prepares their game plan assuming Kate will continue being Sophie’s guardian. But the tension is clear between Sophie and Kate and upon discussion of what made Kate come home, the sisters’ stories don’t add up, forcing Callum to admit the pleading email to Kate came from him, not Sophie. Eventually Kate and Sophie reluctantly hear each other out, coming to the tragic realisation that living together is toxic for both of them.

Rhys gets concerned when he suspects his superior, Jessica, is developing a romantic interest in Karl. Knowing Karl’s not a fan of his, Rhys fears his career could be in jeopardy if Karl and Jessica become close. When Susan interrupts Karl and Jessica’s lunch, Rhys hopes things will get uncomfortable. But with the three of them getting along, Rhys realises he’s going to be up against it now more than ever. What more can he do to keep his career on track?


Thursday, February 23 - Episode 6344
Paul’s confronted when Kate challenges him to take on legal guardianship of Sophie. Knowing he was previously denied guardianship of Harry, Paul argues the DHS won’t agree with Kate’s plan and privately fears he is unfit to raise a teenage girl. Seeing Paul doubt his parenting abilities, Andrew reminds him how far he’s come as a father and convinces Paul to apply for guardianship. With Susan’s help, Paul prepares his case and appeals to Roz. Roz is impressed by his obvious love for Sophie, but can’t make the decision alone and the family endures an anxious wait as she confers with her superiors. Finally, Roz awards Paul guardianship, freeing Kate of the responsibility for caring for her sister. However, as those in the new family unit celebrate their win, Kate finds herself on the outer – and it’s clear everyone’s forgotten her birthday.

Annoyed at Kyle for his need to rescue Kate, Jade continues to shut him out. Urged by Sonya to see Kyle’s point of view, Jade begins to soften and is surprised when she sees Kyle give Kate a serve for being selfish. Impressed, Jade goes to make up but is touched when Kyle beats her to the punch, admitting how wrong he was to put Kate before her. Assured his feelings are genuine and encouraged by his apology, Jade enlists Sonya’s help and finds a unique way to show Kyle she loves him.


Friday, February 24 - Episode 6345
Unable to stop thinking about Michael and their kiss, Emilia attempts to talk to him about their feelings for each other. Using Lou’s sudden arrival home as an excuse, Emilia escapes to find Michael and reveal her confused feelings. Annoyed Lou got between him and Emilia, Lucas tires of his scamming and resolves to spend the day with her. However, when Emilia finds herself torn between the two men, she realises it’s unfair to be with him while she has unresolved feelings for Michael. Emilia breaks up with Lucas – but does this mean she’ll run into Michael’s arms?

Encouraged by Andrew to look at her options, Summer explores some alternative ways to achieve her journalism dream. Coming up empty, Summer reveals to a concerned Andrew that the only way to get into her preferred journalism course is to go back to school. Getting no support from Andrew or Chris and receiving conflicting advice from Kate and Rhys, Summer struggles to make her decision. Finally, desperate to pursue her dream, Summer reveals she’s going to repeat Year Twelve.

Realising her friends have forgotten her birthday, Kate resolves to enjoy the day without them. Getting the support she needs from Lou, Kate commits to a new outlook on life, intriguing and impressing Rhys.
