They have both signed up a 12 month contract. When this runs out next year, its up to them whether they want to renew it or not. :)

did eastenders pay her the money they were offering her (because she wanted kids but eastenders was stopping her) to come back or did she just come back with the same money being paid to her

No, she's not doing Panto this year. You'd know by now if it was. Last year she was confirmed for Panto in April.

god knows why any one would do panto over eastenders...it surley takes any credibility you have as an actor

i cant belive phil only returns for two weeks! he comes back in 06 after doing panto!

Hiya

Yeah i live in Australia and you can only get Eastenders on UKTV but the subscription is extrememly expensive and only a few areas carry the station.

So annoyed that i missed dens departure and Sharon and Dennis return

Did you see her in Panto because I think unless you did you can't really comment? She needed a break from Eastenders because she was tired and she wanted to spend some mroe time with her husband. And just for the record she was amazing in Panto, both the acting and singing. I wouldn't say it takes an credibility you have as an actor at all. It just shows you're not a one trick money and you can turn your hand to more than just the one character.

I would hardly think that anyone would go into Panto for a rest. Surely the schedule would be a lot more punishing than EE

It's two shows a day, overall about four hours of light hearted comedy, laughs and singing rather than 12 hours a day of crying, shouting and fighting with people. It's alot less emotionally draining than her Eastenders scheldule is and alot more fun. And like I said, she wanted to spend time with her husband. She only did Panto for two months of her six month break.

cool have you ever been to visit them? my cousins have some of their other side of the family that live in perth and ive got some distant relatives that live somwhere in australia (my grandads cousins i think, dont know exactly where they live) and my mum has a frind who lives in brisbane, we went over to visit her the other year
