Meanwhile, Callum and Maddie's chances of romance hit another stumbling block on Hollyoaks with the arrival of Callum's ex-girlfriend Tara - who turns out to be an older woman.

As Tara descends on the village, she quickly makes it clear that she's not prepared to give up on her teenage lover - which leaves Maddie's future with the mysterious sixth former in jeopardy.

Hurt as her blossoming relationship hits the rocks, Maddie (Scarlett Bowman) starts heading down a self-destructive path and soon kisses Danny from the Daytona Lights band to make Callum (Laurie Duncan) jealous.

At the same time, Callum's sister Ash (Holly Weston) is extremely concerned to hear of Tara's return. When Callum considers leaving town with Tara, it seems that Ash may be right to be worried…

Monday 12th: Girlfriends of Christmas past

The Hollyscopes tarot cards are showing two lovers and a troublesome third presence - it looks like Callum and Maddie will face relationship troubles when an old lover comes back on the scene...

There's a great amount of fear whirling around our crystal ball, how will Mitzeee cope as she becomes more and more trapped between two dominant, rival males? Will Brendan's dripping poison prove too powerful?

Elsewhere, our mystic predictions show two local business owners will begin to lock horns - will it be yuletide woe for Darren and MOBs?

Tuesday 13th: Santa stand-offs

The Holly-love-scopes are showing an angry and hurt blonde. She will lash out at Callum, but will it push into Tara's arms? Elsewhere the cosmic love powers are channeling an image of a desperate Dennis as he will try to woo his perfect girl Leanne.

The freshers will get festive as a perfectionist student will start planning to 'deck the Halls.' Elsewhere we can see two business owners will be getting down and dirty in their business war...we ho-ho-hope Tony likes mince pies.

Wednesday 14th: Maddie on a mission

In the Holly-love-scopes we can see Maddie is on a mission to self-destruct to get over a moody student whose name begins with a C. We can see a protective sister on the tarot cards, as Ash learns of Tara's return into Callum's life.

Elsewhere in the love-scopes we believe that Leanne will resume her man-hunting tactics to try and snare a hunky door man, but she will be oblivious to the male who is right under her nose.

Neil and Jono will join forces to reunite two old friends who have recently become business rivals, and Ash will cause tension in Halls.

Thursday 15th: Ultimatums, meddling and disappearances

Our Hollyscopes crystal ball is showing meddling aplenty in tonight's ep. George's attempt to bring Maddie and Callum back together will back-fire, while Ash's meddling will force Callum into giving someone an ultimatum.

The Holly-love-scopes are forecasting troubled times for a hunky student with a penchant for cardigans, as he will leave his girlfriend Theresa out in the cold.

Elsewhere we believe that the disappearance of a female whose name begins with an M will strike worry into Nancy...

Friday 16th: Home truths and heartache

According to the Holly-stars there will be plenty of drama in tonight's ep, as Maddie will get some home truths from an ex whose name begins with a B. Will she realise her mistakes and follow her heart before it's too late or will Callum leave town with Tara?

Love-struck Leanne will attempt to make Matt jealous and a male who wears glasses will be left looking like the cat who got the cream.

Elsewhere in the Holly-love-scopes Will will have a lot of making up to do with Theresa, while we can envisage a fraught looking Mitzeee - will her trip away with Warren cause her to reconsider Double B's proposal?
