He thinks she might be a mole, she thinks he is "disappointing." Are we witnessing the end of Makosi and Kemal's friendship?
There's a chill in the air between former best mates Makosi and Kemal. The Princess has been bitching about the Prince to Vanessa and he's been spending increasing amounts of time with the other Housemates.
Kemal confronted Makosi in the bedroom when he began to suspect that she had been talking about him behind her back.
"I said to you yesterday that these two or three days would be odd," Kemal said. "It's an issue within myself," he explained asking her to understand why he is paranoid.
But Makosi seems to have made up her mind, if Kemal doesn't trust her, how can she trust him? "I can do without friends," she told him. "If the question is driving you mad I sometimes wish you would just not be my friend," she said coolly.
Kemal seemed upset. "I like you more than anyone else in here," he protested. "And I feel for you in your situation," he said, still convinced that Makosi is harbouring a dark secret. "I may be questioning our friendship but you shouldn't be," he told her.
"Are you unhappy that I mix with the others?" he asked. "No," she claimed, despite having moaned about it at length with Vanessa this morning.
The major issue is Kemal's failure to inform Housemates when Maxwell changed the shopping list. "Maxwell told you three times about the cider and you did not stop him," Makosi said.
Kemal tried to repent for his mistake, but Makosi was not interested and made it clear that she wasn't bothered whether they stayed friends or not.
"If I don't have a friend out here I have a friend in the Dairy Room," she said adding, "Vanessa is a lovely person."
This hit Kemal where it hurt and he attempted to strike back at the friend-stealing minx.
"I think Vanessa is getting caught up in it, she doesn't understand what's going on around her," he gabbled. "She seeks comfort in you," he said, hoping that Makosi would ditch the biscuit muncher and be his best friend again.
Finally, Kemal was forced to revert to desperate measures. "I am your friend bitch, I'm not going to stop being your friend."
