right yeh what ya need to do is coyp the cds and then go into libaray and find the cd you just copied then right click on the album/song you want, then go donw to add to, then click sync list, carry on then when you have added all the songs you want you just click start sync at the bottom, hope this helps
PLease tell me if it don't or if ya have any more problems?!

Hi there it doesn't give me the option of sync it seem to stay on copy to cd and wont let me copy to device it's as if it's no recognising that i have one plugged in but i've checked on the tools and devices and it's deffinately there. If i click on the copy to device it just takes me back to that website.

I thought mp3 players would only play mp3s and not cda tracks from a CD but obviously if you've copied the songs to your pc and they work then they will be mp3s but can you just check that they are by right clicking on them and clicking properties? A bit of a long shot I know :)

Maybe, try going to their manufacturers website (if they have one) and seeing if there's any instructions there.

When you plugin your MP3 player, in my computer does it show it as a new device? If so, just drag your MP3 files onto the player.
