Did anyone watch this (BBC, er... Can't remember when, last year I think?) David Tennant (the New Doctor Who!), Sarah Patrish (Cutting it) etc. starred.

I found it really good, I liked the whole dispersing songs through-out the action.

What did everyone else think?

I saw it & I loved it. The drama & the music was brilliant. The acting was suberb especially from David Morrissey (Ripley Holden) he is an amazing actor and incredibly sexy. :heart: :heart:

i didnt like it, it was too far-fetched with the signing scenes, only good thing about it was sarah parish

thankfully there will not be a second series, and even if there was it wouldnt have david tennant in it becuase of dr who

Not neccessarily. How do you know they're not making any more episodes. Perhaps it was a one off anyway. It couldn't of been a pilot because it ran for about 6 episodes.

the majority of bbc dramas only last 6 episodes

it was confirmed in a soap mag ages go that they wouldnt be doing a series 2

i bought the dvd of this (mainly to continue my David Tennant obsession- he is lovely):wub: :wub: :bow: and because i had heard very good things about it

i watched the whole lot on Sunday night- i was blown away by it- it was brilliant and the songs broke up the high drama bits, the entire cast played it superbly, especially David Morressy, Sarah Parish and Davis Tennant, i was screaming at the tv at the end when it looked like Natalie was going to stay with Ripley, but he did the right thing and let her be happy

i would love there to be a second series, but they seemed to tie everything up really well- there is no need really

altogether a brilliant series by the beeb

i loved this series it was so good!!! Also fell in love with david tennant in it!!! The magazines all say he was made famous by casanova but i think this was much better than casanova!!!

I think he was famous when he did Blackpool and they must have know that he was fit when they choose him for Casanova!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
