Over on Coronation Street, Beverley Callard's daughter Rebecca makes her debut on the soap in a week's time, appearing in the role of Fiz Stape's fellow prison inmate Ruth.
Fiz befriends Ruth after being sent to work as an orderly in the mother and baby unit - an experience she finds difficult as she's missing Hope more than ever.
As the pair get chatting about motherhood, Fiz explains why she didn't want Hope with her at the prison - claiming that it wouldn't have been a good start for her life. However, hearing how well Ruth has coped with raising her child in jail soon makes Fiz see the mother and baby unit in a different light.
It appears that Fiz and Ruth could become firm friends behind bars, but events begin to take a twist when Fiz finds cellmate Ginny unconscious after an overdose.
Realising that there's a severe drugs problem at the prison, Fiz confides in Ruth about what happened to Ginny and her new acquaintance seems concerned.
However, not long afterwards, Fiz discovers that there's more to Ruth than meets the eye. Is she responsible for the drugs being smuggled into the prison, and if so, will Fiz keep quiet about it?
These scenes air on Monday, August 15 at 8.30pm on ITV1.
15th Aug
Carla's pleased as Frank reassures her that he's not upset about Peter and is just glad of her honesty. Bumping into Peter and Leanne, he suggests they all move on now he knows the truth, which leaves Peter worried.
Asking Carla if she told Frank about their kiss, Peter is relieved to hear she didn't. Insisting she's focusing on the future, Carla goes - but Frank stuns her in The Rovers with a proposition of his own.
Meanwhile, Chris is keen to keep news of his illness quiet but when Karl reveals all to Jason and Owen while trying to defend Lloyd's decision to let Chris move in, his secret is soon out. How will Chris react?
Elsewhere, Becky's down when she receives a letter about the divorce on what should be her second wedding anniversary.
All eyes are on Carla as Frank waits for her reply. Peter's ashen too until Carla hurries out, claiming she needs time to think. Frank worries that Carla will reject him because she has feelings for someone else.
Later, Peter bumps into Carla and asks if she is unsure about Frank because of her feelings for him. However, Carla's furious, accusing Peter of selfishness. As the day continues, Frank comes to see her to ask if she's in love with Peter - what answer will Carla give Frank?
Meanwhile, Fiz is emotional as the Croppers show her pictures of Hope. Fiz is still insistent that Hope is better off with them, but when she chats to a mum at the mother and baby unit, will she see it in a different light?
Elsewhere, Cheryl and Lloyd agree to try and iron out their differences as it becomes clear three is a crowd, while Sylvia decides the café needs a firm hand.

Peter's shocked to hear that Carla has accepted Frank's proposal and Leanne's quick to have a dig, causing the two women to nearly come to blows.
Witnessing the exchange, Frank decides drastic action is needed and dupes Carla into a meeting at the Bistro with Leanne and Peter. But how will they react to his set-up?
Meanwhile, Fiz is emotional when the Croppers bring Hope to visit. It's a huge wrench as she hands her back over at the end of visiting, but Fiz is determined to stay strong. Back behind bars, Fiz's cell mate offers something to take the edge off her pain. How will Fiz react?
Elsewhere, there's unrest at Roy's Rolls as Sylvia insists on no more freebies, charging for condiments and ushering people out when their cups are empty.
19th
Troubled by Ginny's offer of drugs and encouraged by Ruth, Fiz asks for a transfer to the mother and baby unit. But when she discovers it's now full, a low Fiz goes back to her cell where she finds Ginny unconscious having overdosed.
An upset Fiz confides in Ruth, who at first seems worried like her, but as they talk Fiz realises there's more to it. Is Ruth using her baby to smuggle drugs in?
Meanwhile, aware Frank's invested a lot in their relationship, Carla buries her doubts and insists they set a wedding date. But how will she react when he says one venue has a date in three weeks' time?
Elsewhere, Norris decides to give Sylvia a taste of her own medicine when she visits The Kabin; Fiz is given a suspended sentence for fraud as she awaits trial for murder; and Tommy plans to cook a meal for Tina to prove he's a decent guy.
As Fiz accuses Ruth of supplying the drugs that nearly killed Ginny, she asks for a chance to explain and begs her not to say anything.
This strikes a chord with Fiz, but when questioned by the governor, will she reveal all?
Meanwhile, as Sylvia starts charging for use of the café toilet, the locals are affronted. Keen to challenge the new ruling, Norris snatches the key and heads into the loo without paying. But Sylvia isn't prepared to let him get away with that!
Elsewhere, Tommy's gone to a lot of effort with his meal for Tina but as Doctor Carter continues to chat her up in the pub, asking if he can take her into town, will it all have been for nothing?

Fiz to Roy and Haley , I don't want to move into the baby unit but they told me I have got to do it , what a load of rubbish. There is no way they would force someone to bring there kid into prison if they didn't want to do it.
Coronation Street's Fiz Stape gets a disturbing glimpse of Ruth's true colours in tonight's double bill of the soap.
When Fiz (Jennie McAlpine) finds her cellmate Ginny unconscious following a drug overdose, she's shocked by the reality of life behind bars and shares her horror with Ruth during another day working at the mother and baby unit.
However, when Ruth (Rebecca Callard) strongly advises her to turn a blind eye to any drug issues at the jail, Fiz becomes suspicious and goes searching through her room.
Fiz is soon stunned as she finds drugs stashed in the cot of Ruth's baby and realises that she's using her own child to smuggle supplies in. Will Fiz put her neck on the line and grass Ruth up?
