Over on EastEnders, Billy and Julie are in shock after discovering that they have a granddaughter.
Having discovered heartbreaking news while hoping to be reunited with his long-lost son, Billy is determined to track down the new Mitchell.
After arriving at a children's home, Billy informs a shocked Julie just who they are about to meet. Led inside by a care worker, the pair witness a fight kick off between two girls in the communal room.
While Billy intervenes to seperate the scrapping pair, he and Julie are surprised to discover that the instigator is their granddaughter Lola...
An Albert Square source commented: "When Billy find outs that they have a granddaughter he is determined to find her. Julie isn't as keen so Billy tricks her into coming to the children's home. When the fight breaks out Billy thinks that the one being picked on is their granddaughter so immediately intervenes. He is surprised when he finds out that their granddaughter Lola is actually the feisty instigator…."

Does Julie know about Lola all the time?
I don't think so, I believe that she was a surprise for Julie too
11th July
Billy is keen to meet his son and ropes in a reluctant Julie to join him as he pays a visit. After borrowing Phil's car, they head off to the house in question and are greeted by a man who invites them in. Thinking that the man is his son Dan Pearce, Billy starts to explain the situation, while Julie opens up over the first time she ever held him. However, the man soon sets them straight - explaining that his name is Paul, while Dan actually died three months ago.
Hearing Dan's story from Paul, Billy and Julie learn that their son was a thief who never achieved anything in his life. The pair leave after Paul gives them a plastic bag containing Dan's belongings. Billy and Julie are devastated to learn of Dan's passing and start looking through all of his things once they're back at home. Finding something important, Billy cries out that Dan had a child - meaning that they have a granddaughter…
Meanwhile, as Christian and Syed get busy preparing the flat for a visit from the social worker, a miserable Roxy turns up and declares that she needs a hug. However, Syed is not impressed and orders Christian to get rid of her. When Syed leaves for a while, Roxy and Christian start drinking together. Syed returns and is appalled to find them drunk, so he's forced to rearrange the social worker's visit. Christian soon starts to feel guilty as Syed gets angry, thinking that Christian doesn't care about the adoption.
Elsewhere, Pat throws Janine out when she asks for a loan while she waits for her money to come through; Fatboy gets a job at the car lot; Darren worries as Tyler continues to flirt with Jodie; Janine secures a loan through other means and angers Pat further by buying expensive presents for the kids before heading off for a night in a top hotel; and Mercy is less than impressed when Fatboy declares that they can get their own place now that he has a new job.

Billy wants to look up his granddaughter Lola, but Julie isn't keen on the idea and rushes off to work. When Billy confides in Alfie over the situation, the Queen Vic landlord encourages him to go ahead with finding Lola. Later, Billy tells Julie that he has a surprise for her and takes her to a children's home, explaining that they're going to see their granddaughter. Julie is horrified by the idea but reluctantly heads inside with Billy when they're greeted by a care worker.
Entering the home's communal room, Billy and Julie see a fight break out between the kids. When Billy intervenes, he's shocked to discover that Lola is the feisty girl who started the row. Soon afterwards, the pair talk to Lola, who decides to put on a front and pretend that she isn't interested in them. As Billy and Julie leave, Billy is unaware that scheming Lola has stolen his wallet.
Meanwhile, Mercy confides in Grace - telling her that she doesn't want to go through an appeal and wishes to go back to Nigeria instead. However, Mercy doesn't know how she can tell Fatboy and informs Grace that she plans to slip away quietly, avoiding having to say goodbye. When a shocked Grace informs Dot of Mercy's intentions, Dot rushes off to find Fatboy at the car lot and tell him what's going on. Fatboy hurries to find Mercy and catches up with her at the bus stop, begging her to love him. However, Mercy makes it clear that she can't and she soon departs in a cab, leaving Fatboy heartbroken.
Elsewhere, Christian and Roxy guiltily return Arthur's bench to the Square gardens after drunkenly stealing it the night before; Kat and Alfie are feeling exhausted as Tommy isn't sleeping well; Christian gets angry when a group of teenagers mock him and Syed for being gay, but Syed's not impressed at him losing his temper in front of Amy; and Eddie generously gives Kat and Alfie some cash, telling them to enjoy a holiday in Spain while he and Jean look after The Vic.
14th
Christian is preparing for the visit from the social worker and is determined to make sure that everything is perfect after the fiasco earlier in the week. In the café, he chats to Yusef about the adoption and reveals that he's planning to get a bigger flat and also get Zainab on side over the idea. Putting a scheme into action, Christian lures Zainab to the flat under the pretence that Syed is ill. When Zainab turns up and discovers that Christian has lied, she tries to leave - but she's startled when he locks the door and won't let her go.
The pair start to argue as Christian brands Zainab a hypocrite, while Zainab insists that gay adoption is wrong. However, when Christian tells Zainab that she needs to let Syed be his own person, she's left pondering her next move. Later, Christian's thrilled when Yusef offers to give him a deposit for the flat, and he later reports back to Syed that everything is sorted out - including Zainab, who's now on board with the adoption idea. However, Syed leaves Christian stunned by admitting that he's changed his mind and doesn't want to be a father…
Meanwhile, Lola has used Billy's wallet to track him down on Albert Square. As she arrives, she flirts with Jay at the café and steals Abi's phone. Later, at the salon, Abi complains about her missing phone when Lola suddenly walks in - offering to sell the phone back for £10. However, an unimpressed Tanya grabs the phone and marches Lola over to Billy and Julie's place. Billy is happy to see Lola and thinks that she could prove to be his and Julie's second chance. Julie isn't so sure, though. Lola leaves the house again and heads to the car lot, where she persuades Fatboy to let her wash cars. When she tries to steal one of the vehicles, Fatboy jumps into the passenger seat to stop her. As Lola crashes the car into Beale's Place and scarpers, Fatboy is left looking like the guilty party…
15th
Lola is pleased when Fatboy informs her that he won't be revealing that she was responsible for the car crash, as Max would sack him if he knew she was behind the wheel. Later, Billy introduces Lola to Heather, Phil and Jay. She takes a shine to Jay and takes him by surprise by giving him a quick kiss, but she's also well aware that Julie isn't happy about her presence. When Julie tells Billy that she can't love Lola and doesn't want her around, Lola overhears and warns Julie privately that if Billy was forced to choose between them, "I'll win". It seems that Lola could be right as Billy seems thrilled to have her around, declaring that she's a Mitchell "one hundred per cent".
As the day continues, Billy arrives back home with Lola and is shocked to find a policeman waiting for Lola. Billy wonders whether Ian has reported her over the car crash, but Lola is convinced that Julie is responsible. As Lola is taken back to the children's home, Billy realises that Julie is to blame. Although Julie defends her actions and insists that it's for the best, Billy is furious - telling her that he can't bear to look at her after what she's done…
Meanwhile, Syed wakes up on the sofa at the Masoods' following his row with Christian the previous night. Zainab is thrilled to have a full house again and offers to make a special dinner to welcome Syed home - just the two of them. However, there's no sign of Syed at the arranged time, so a downbeat Zainab takes two sleeping pills and heads to bed. At the same time, Syed goes to see Christian, who makes it clear that he's going to go ahead with the adoption with or without him. Syed is devastated as Christian explains that he shouldn't have to give up on his dream just to stay in a relationship with him. Later, Syed pays a second visit to Christian and says that he's been stupid - he wants to have a family with him after all.
Elsewhere, Rainie turns up at Tanya's and apologises for her drunken behaviour the previous week; Bobby falls over and hurts his leg while being looked after by Denise; Janine tries to find someone on the Square who will go into business with her; and Tanya falls back into Max's arms and misses an important ceremony for Rainie, who's celebrating at her support group for being clean from drugs for six months

EastEnders viewers have complained of motion sickness following a particular scene in the soap that featured shaky camera-work.
The episode in question first aired on July 14, and featured Christian Clarke (John Partridge) and Zainab Masood (Nina Wadia), in a discussion about Christian's relationship with Zainab's son Syed (Marc Elliott).
During the short scene, the camera appeared to wobble, with strange camera angles in comparison to normal EastEnders scenes.
Several fans took to BBC's Points of View online forums to comment about the odd scene, with one viewer writing: "Oh, what was with the wobbly camera? Surely, BBC isn't so bad off that it can't afford to buy EastEnders a tripod."
Another viewer added: "Am I the only one who thought the camera angles were bad during the Christian and Zainab scene? The camera was shaking and the angles were just all over the place."
Viewer Marie Marshall, 41, said: "It was really weird. At first I thought my own telly was playing up but then I went to another telly in a different room and it was doing the same thing.
"The picture was shaking so much it made me feel like I was sea-sick. Whoever was holding the camera must have been shaking a lot."
A spokesperson for the soap said that they were aware of complaints made about the scene, but have yet to offer an explanation for what happened, according to The Daily Telegraph.
