Hollyoaks Spoilers week commencing 27th June

Over on Hollyoaks, as Mercedes McQueen continues to be plagued by guilt over her fake pregnancy, the situation comes to a head on a special day for Riley.

When Riley is named 'Young Player of the Year' at an awards ceremony, he dedicates the prize to Mercedes and encourages her to join him on the podium. However, as she climbs up, Mercedes's heels get stuck in the step and she falls to the ground after losing her balance.

Myra immediately sees this as the perfect chance for Mercedes to fake a miscarriage and starts screaming her concerns for the 'unborn baby'.

Despite protests from Mercedes, the Costellos rush her off to hospital to be examined. As the doctor searches for the baby's heartbeat, Mercedes can feel her whole world crashing down around her. Will she confess all?

mon 27th

Mercedes is overwhelmed with guilt as she spends the day trying on wedding dresses with Heidi and Myra. The two mums come to loggerheads while Mercedes battles with the decision over whether to tell Riley the truth or not.

Meanwhile, Ethan continues to juggle Liberty and Theresa without either of them knowing, but when he struggles to get rid of Liberty before Theresa arrives, it looks like his time is up.

Elsewhere, news spreads of Leanne being in hospital and rumours are rife about Amy putting her there.

Also today, Lynsey and Cheryl go out for celebratory drinks when Lynsey is reinstated at the hospital. However, it doesn't look like Lynsey will make her first shift back!


Tues 28th

acqui is disgusted to find out that Myra is still suggesting Mercedes should fake a miscarriage to get out of her lie.

Later, Mercedes decides to just tell Riley the truth and deal with the fallout, but when she learns that he plans to tattoo the baby's name on his arm, she wonders if she can actually go through with breaking Riley's heart.

Meanwhile, Amy is released on bail but when Ste and Lee decide to take matters into their own hands, it's clear that Leanne isn't going to let things lie.

Elsewhere, Lynsey returns to work with a terrible hangover but her day gets better when she bumps into hunky new doctor Matt. In need of a place to stay, Lynsey invites Matt to move in with her and Cheryl.

Also, the pressure rises for Ethan as the girls each bug him to be out in the open, but how will the two-timing copper cope with that?


Wed 29th

Riley is on top of the world as he prepares for an awards ceremony that afternoon. Warren has pulled out all the stops and when Riley wins Young Player of the Year, the tipsy footie player steps up to the podium. Carl and Heidi hide their hurt as he dedicates his award to Mercedes.

A drunken Riley tries to drag his fiancé up to the podium to share in his glory, but her new killer heels get stuck in the step. As Riley pulls her, she loses her balance and crashes to the ground. Myra is first to her daughter's side and thinking fast, she screams her concerns for the unborn baby…

Meanwhile, Amy struggles to control Ruby in class and Pete is worried when she breaks down.

Elsewhere, Liberty and Theresa encourage each other to get boyfriends and promise to tell each other when they get a new man.

Also today, Lynsey and Cheryl fall out over their new flatmate.



Thurs 30th


Mercedes and Myra panic as Heidi insists they need to get her to a hospital. Despite her protests, Carl and Riley bundle Mercedes into the car as she's silently worried that her whole world is about to unravel.

At the hospital, the doctor starts to scan for a baby's heartbeat and finding it all too much, Mercedes prepares to tell Riley the truth…

Meanwhile, Amy sets up a secret meeting with Leanne and tries to get her to have a grown-up chat, but things go from bad to worse when Leanne makes her vengeful feelings clear.

Elsewhere, Brendan and Warren are at loggerheads when Warren gets his hands on some dodgy cash.
