The chickens have been reluctantly nurturing their shelled companions with a spot of nesting.
Sat in the garden inside individual nests, the Housemates kept their eggs company for twenty minutes.
Sweating the task out in the heat, the group soon tired of parenting, and Maxwell tried to quell his boredom with a spot of singing.
Joined by Saskia, he warbled Heads, Shoulders, Knees And Toes, complete with actions. The baking chickens looked on in horror as the pair insisted on singing the full song, complete with silent gaps.
Other than the heat, boredom, and torturous singing, Craig soon found something else to complain about.
He suddenly let out a yelp when he discovered something crawling around in his nest. "Ah! There's something in here! Bugs!" he squealed.
No one paid much attention as Craig continued to squirm in his nest, whining, "That looked like one of those things from Indiana Jones And The Temple Of Doom!"
Finally, Big Brother allowed them to fly the nest and the brood shuffled indoors, except for Derek and Roberto who were convinced that there was a catch.
They stood diligently by their nests until Science checked that no tricks were being pulled.
