The chickens have been spreading their wings this morning as Big Brother put them through an eggs-hausting eggs-ercise routine.
Clutching their eggs, the chickens stood by their mats and flapped about as Big Brother motivated them by shouting, "Stretch those wings!"
Roasting in their costumes as the sun beat down on them, the Housemates were a little lethargic at first. But when Eric Prydz's Call On Me kicked in they were all a-flutter.
Anthony displayed some of his 70s dance moves during the workout, including the funky chicken.
Meanwhile, Makosi watched from the sidelines as the group worked out. She has already failed the task by dropping her egg but this didn't stop her from bellowing advice at them.
Maxwell wasn't too pleased by mouthy Makosi's instructions. "Go and have some scrambled egg," he sneered.
That certainly reminded Makosi of her place in the pecking order.
