EASTENDERS Kat and Alfie are to have ANOTHER new arrival - when they return from Spain with tiny tearaway Shenice Quinn.
The troubled duo have only just been reunited with Kat's toddler Tommy after the bizarre baby swap storyline.
Kat, played by Jessie Wallace, and Alfie (Shane Richie) go on a holiday and catch up with old pal Martina, the mum of Shenice.
Martina (Tamara Wall) scarpered to Spain in March, leaving Alfie gutted.
He had grown close to Shenice after what he and Kat thought was the loss of Tommy.
An insider said: "Kat and Alfie have just got their family back together when they turn up with another kid in tow.
"Poor old Shenice has not been having a great time in Spain with her mum, who won't win any prizes for mother of the year.
"Martina may be an old friend, but Kat is fed up because she keeps neglecting her daughter and going on the razz. She seems incapable of settling down.
"So she and Alfie convince Martina that Shenice would be better off back with them in Walford. Alfie has missed her like mad."
Bosses are remaining tight-lipped about what will happen to Martina.
But Shenice - played by ex-EastEnder Lacey Turner's sister Lily Harvey, nine - is expected to be around for a number of weeks.
She caused a stir last time she was in Walford after getting caught trying to pinch cigarettes from an Albert Square shop.
