I wonder if Ruby or anyone else still don't know about Charlie & Brax being together then at this point, because it sounds as though she either sets her up on a date with another guy because she thinks Charlie isn't with anybody, or she does it because she finds out that they're together & sets her up with someone as a way of getting her to admit it, either way I can't really see Brax liking this. The Leah & miles storyline doesn't really surprise me, I could see it coming eventually, since they've both liked each other in the past.

Monday episode 5286 - 2/05/11

Bianca can sense Liam is feeling down since his record label dropped him and asks Roo to ask Liam to play a gig at the Surf Carnival. Liam turns down the offer after he hears he would get no payment. Bianca is crestfallen to hear he won’t play but Liam explains to April he wants all or nothing when it comes to his career, not to be a small town has-been who plays for free. April reveals Bianca put Roo up for it, hoping he’ll regain his love for music, but Liam is furious that Bianca would set this up. He yells at Bianca to leave him alone to sort out his own life.

Miles notes how Leah keeps sending food over and wanting to nurse Elijah, worried she wants to start something up with him again. Leah insists that’s not the case and is hurt by Miles’ accusations. However Leah is further worried when Colleen turns out to have the opinion as Miles. Leah understands where Miles might be getting these ideas but insists he doesn’t have to protect Elijah from her. Miles admits it’s not Elijah he’s trying to protect before sharing a tender gaze with Leah. Are there feelings resurfacing between these two?

Still recovering after his attack, Elijah hears his attacker, Billy, is walking the streets again. Elijah approaches Billy, eager to convince Billy he meant no harm. But Billy automatically assumes Elijah’s going to try something again. After some thinking, Elijah tells Miles he realises his first mistake of many was leaving Leah and vows to fix that when the time is right. It seems Miles has a major rival for Leah’s affections.

Tuesday episode 5287 - 3/05/11

Bianca feels awful that she doesn’t know Liam as well as she thought and challenges him to be completely honest with her. Liam tells her about his recent relapse with drugs and Bianca is beside herself. She goes away to think about what this means for them and Liam is annoyed she just gave up on him after he was honest about what he’s going through. As an escape from his problems, Liam gets high once more. Meanwhile Bianca has time to think and goes back to him, apologising again and promising to help him through as long as he promises not to take anymore drugs. Liam gives her his word and Bianca is relieved, none-the-wiser that he’s high when he makes this promise. Can Liam be trusted to keep his word?

Concerned that Charlie has been irritable of late, Ruby decides the cure is for Charlie to find a man. Charlie humours Ruby’s concerns, despite her secret affair with Brax, promising to keep an eye out for the bachelors of Summer Bay. Convinced Charlie won’t have any luck, Ruby signs her up to an online dating site. Charlie is taken aback by the idea, but as Ruby and Leah go through the possible candidates, there is one suitor that sounds too good to be true. It looks like Charlie’s going out on a date, but what will Brax say?

Angelo starts overhearing suspicious conversations between Brax and Heath and after seeing Liam high and looking for Heath, he suspects the Braxtons hare running a drug operation. Angelo follows Brax late after a shift and is lead deep into a national park. Following them on foot, Angelo loses the trail but is soon face to face with a vicious guard dog.

Wednesday episode 5288 - 4/05/11

Angelo manages a narrow escape from the Braxton’s guard dog with a bite on the leg and is now more than certain the Braxtons have something to hide. Aware they had another intruder the night before, Brax notices Angelo’s limp and instantly picks he was there last night. Angelo hints at his suspicions but Brax claims he and his brothers were shooting pigs and invites Angelo to come along next time. It’s a plausible explanation but Angelo isn’t sure he should believe it.

Charlie confirms a date with an online suitor who sounds too good to be true. Charlie explains the date to Brax as a smokescreen for their own relationship but Brax can help feeling a little jealous. Charlie comes home, disheveled and Ruby connects the dots, shocked Charlie did it on the first date.

Indi gets roped into another date with Kieran and is longing for an excuse to get out of it. Meanwhile Roo senses Nicole’s depression about letting her baby go and suggests Nicole go see Marilyn and Sid. Nicole reluctantly agrees but when Indi suggests she come along to her date with Keiran to make the night bearable, Nicole leaps on the opportunity to avoid seeing the baby. But Kieran’s old fashioned ideals grate on Indi and make Nicole uncomfortable to the point where she leaves.

Meanwhile towards the end of the date, despite Indi’s protests that she’s tired and wants to go home, Kieran ignores her and continues driving her to an unknown location. Eventually Indi snaps and demands Kieran stop the car. Kieran aggressively turns on her and Indi scrambles out of the car. Kieran’s temper gets the better of him and he drives off leaving Indi stranded in the middle of nowhere. What a disaster!

Thursday episode 5289 - 5/05/11

Freaked out and stranded in the middle of nowhere, Indi considers calling Romeo for help when she can’t get through to her family. However when Kieran drives back to find her Indi panics and calls Romeo. Just as Kieran finds Indi cowering in the bushes, Romeo arrives to save the day. Indi is incredibly thankful and Romeo wonders if this is a sign she wants to rekindle their relationship.

Baby George is causing chaos at the Walker household and Marilyn is starting to worry he may never settle for her. Meanwhile Nicole is hesitant about seeing him, it being over a week since she gave birth to him. But when she hears Marilyn is having trouble, Nicole becomes concerned that George isn’t happy and goes to see him. George instantly settles for Nicole and she admits to Roo later that it was a wonderful feeling to hold him. Unfortunately for Marilyn this only feeds her fears.

Gina approaches Dex about a decline in his academic performance. Dex admits George’s crying has meant no sleep for him. Gina asks that Dex get Sid to sign a letter regarding his marks but Dex doesn’t want to put more pressure on the household. Meanwhile Dex can’t help musing on all the drama the baby is causing amongst his family and decides this would be the perfect subject for his next blog. However with Marilyn so upset, is it such a good idea to make this private life public?

Friday episode 5290 - 6/05/11

The school is abuzz about Dex’s new blog about Baby George and the Walkers with Xavier and Casey congratulating Dex on the good work. But when Gina catches Dex falling asleep in class, Sid is called in and told about Dex’s decline in marks. Sid is seething he hadn’t heard anything earlier but Gina reasons the problem is Dex’s lack of sleep due to the new baby. Sid promises to look into how they can fix this but Marilyn has gotten word of Dex’s blog and is horrified he would paint her in such a light. Marilyn feels betrayed but Sid is on Dex’s side and tries to reason with Marilyn that she and all the family, need to take it easy on themselves and the baby will relax too. She assumes Sid thinks everything is her fault and Sid gives up trying to reason with her.

In the lead up to the Surf Carnival Roo suggests John get himself on Twitter to publicise the event. John has issues grasping with the project and only puts up boring tweets about the beach and mundane news about the club. Roo tells John he has to spice things up if he wants more followers but Xavier can see he doesn’t have a clue how to. Without John knowing, Xavier, Romeo and Casey get his phone and put up an embarrassing tweet.

Elijah is becoming the surly patient and Morag is going nuts with him moping about the place.

Leah admits that she likes Miles but is not sure in what way. So they decide to kiss to see if they feel anything!
