My friend helps out on a tech forum and this is what someone (a grown man) posted in regards to having asked how to copy CD's they were told they needed a CD writer and this is their reply:

Excuse my ignorance here, but not so sure that I have a C.D. writer? Real player for example ask for a subscription if you want to ' burn ' C.D's - thought that was pretty standard - where would I find this writer? is it something I would need to download and, if so, please explain how do I go about doing it - feel free to Email me - thanks!

yeah apart from this man im only 13 and i have a cd writer on my pc! (some people haven't got a clue!)

the internet on my computer stopped working a few months ago and it was a problem with the broadband link but my mum thought it was cos i kept downloading stuff as she thinks that everything you download contains a virus!
