Carl decides to whisk Heidi away for the night and arranges to meet her at a hotel. However, Gaz overhears Carl tell Seth that he's got some business to attend to, meaning that he'll be late to meet his wife. Later, Heidi is shocked when Gaz turns up, but rather than spend time waiting for Carl, they head to the bedroom.
However, Carl's meeting is cut short so he heads to the hotel to surprise Heidi. Upstairs, Heidi panics when Carl calls and reveals he's arrived. Post-coital, Heidi and Gaz rush to get the room in order as Carl knocks on the door. Will they get caught doing the dirty?
Meanwhile, unimpressed by the results of her crash diet, Cheryl asks Lynsey to get her some diet pills. Soon afterwards, Lynsey meets Nurse Jennings about going back to work, but Silas plants a seed in Cheryl that perhaps the young nurse isn't ready to return to the hospital. In the pub, Lynsey gives Cheryl the diet pills with clear instructions. Hell-bent on ruining Lynsey's reputation, Silas manages to nab them and discreetly swaps them for his prescription sedatives…
Elsewhere, Dodger busies himself selling cuts of lamb to the local eateries; Rae gets a job in The Dog clearing glasses, much to Gaz's annoyance; and when the Savage family are evicted, Liberty arrives home to find her house all boarded up - but cunning Dodger has a plan and tells her that they have a new house.

Rhys makes a bet with Cheryl that she can't stick to healthy eating and the diet pills. However, defiant Cheryl is trying her hardest, despite her fast food cravings.

At Chez Chez, Rhys turns on the charm when an attractive female comes in asking for management. It's not long before Rhys is telling the stranger all about Danny Houston and Cheryl Brady.
Later, Rhys leaves the club but is hastily bundled into the back of a white van. Who is behind Rhys's kidnapping? Could it be his new friend?
Meanwhile, Silas visits Cheryl in hospital and continues to feign his concern for Lynsey, even hinting at Lynsey self-medicating and maybe mixing up her pills with Cheryl's. Later, Cheryl and Lynsey bump into Silas in Relish. While Lynsey orders, Cheryl wants to talk to Silas about his theory that Lynsey could have mixed the pills up. However, he shuts her down, claiming that he can't get involved. Silas then cheerily enquires after Lynsey and goes on his way, leaving Lynsey wondering what he's up to and Cheryl with doubts over her friend.
Elsewhere, the McQueens return home early from Tenerife, only to find that the locks have been changed on the house. The Savages declare squatters' rights and all hell breaks loose between the two families. The atmosphere soon lightens, however, when Myra and Liberty's father Dirk get on like a house on fire. She quickly decides that the Savages can stay for a while - that is until Myra discovers the celebratory BBQ is serving up Lamb Chop.
