The will they won't they romance that has kept us all on tenterhooks for the past few weeks seems to have taken a turn for the "they won't."

After licking sweets off Maxell's chest and passionately snogging him in the love loft, Saskia's ardour towards Maxwell has cooled rather suddenly today. Is she playing hard to get, or has the passion died already?

Maxwell is literally chasing Saskia round the House; following her into rooms, trying to set up illicit encounters and even went as far as to set up a game of thumb war. But Saskia has become aloof, some might say, almost confrontational.

Maxwell took offence when Saskia described him as "giddy" after having had a few drinks. "When I talk about you behind your back I only say nice things," he said, reproachfully.

"Well, you would not stop talking," Saskia exclaimed in an uncharacteristic outburst at her former snogging partner.

She then left him standing in the kitchen and went to join the others on seats.

It's all a far cry from the kinky antics in the loft when Maxwell described Saskia's kisses as "off the hook."

Now he's just confused and is finding her mixed messages "clear as mud."
