Summary of Charlotte Avery Interview


The showed an old clip of Tina & Johnny from last week.
She talked about Tina being the other woman and about the showdown with Ruby.
She said she's really happy at the moment that Johnny wants to go straight. They said that it's not going to last but they don't want to say too much and give away storylines. She said Tina's not going anywhere.
She said there is something explosive happening in a couple of weeks but they weren't giving anything away. ;)
She talked about her and Billy working on The Bill together and about her playing a little love interest for Grant about ten years ago in Eastenders.
She said the mood between them on set was good. She said they've been close since she joined and that it's good. She said she hasn't experienced any ill feeling since she's been there.
She said she now gets recognised walking round shops and it's strange. She said it's quite nice and she doesn't mind it.
She has two children and a step daughter. Her sons four and a half so is her step daughter and her little girl is one. Her partner is a healer and she was talking about what she did and how it helped her when she was pregnant.

tina isnt a strong enough charcter, all she is plain and simply is jonny's mistress...

and he could easily find a more attractive one (no offence to charlotte avery)

ill give it a year at max...shes surely going to go out in a cab

Denise Van 'lied about her audition' Outen who when she wasn't offered a part then slagged off Eastenders to the papers. I think Charlotte Avery is a much better choice for that role!

Tina is younger and glamrous! Just because she doesn't look like a twenty something tart hanging off his arm.

I think it is good that Tina is not the stereotypical mistress because that is why she stuck around for 10 years and that is why they are together properly now. She has more to her than just looking pretty!
