I was away over Christmas and missed a couple of episodes, including Christmas Day.

Please could someone tell me what happened when Janine played the confession tape and how did Stacey actually leave. Did anyone try to stop her. Also was there any explanation as to why Ryan didn't leave with her.

it didnt get played it got deleted so janine looked daft but then stacey confessed to ryan then she tried to jump off were bradley died from..max managed to get her down then as police where coming to arrest her max drove her to airport and she left with a wad ov cash...she told ryan she didnt love him and he said take the baby!

When Janine realised that no one believed her that Stacey killed Archie (and the people that did, like Ryan and Jean weren't going to call the police), she stabbed herself using a knife that Stacey was holding and convinced Jean to call the police on Stacey. Max and Ryan both wanted to run away with her, but she chose to go on her own in the end.

Janine did make herself look stupid, when she played the "confession" it was some Christmas greeting that Max had taped over the original confession, so Janine had nothing on Stacey or proof..
Max took her and Lily to the airport , gave her a big wad of moola and she was shown in the plane leaving the country ( she had passports ) I thought it was very well played out :-)
