So Kat and Alfie havent noticed it is not their baby
I wonder what Charlie does that is unforgiveable? I'm guessing that's why he leaves.

Maybe he was suppose to be minding the baby
Maybe he was suppose to be minding the baby
Could be that, yes.

mmm. I wonder about Charlie. Hard to think what it might be. I dont think he was supposed to be minding the baby because it was in the Vic and they were all there. Also it mentions him doing something unforgiveable after the funeral. Though i didnt read the whole week in detail, I skimmed cos i dont want to know too much lol

Kat refuses to accept the tragedy
Airs on Monday, January 3 2011 20:00 GMT on BBC One
Lost in their own worlds, Kat and Alfie are finally called into the bereavement suite to see their baby. Just as they are about to enter, Alfie looks behind him to find Kat has disappeared. Back at The Vic, a guilt-ridden Charlie sits at the bar while Mo makes coffee. As day breaks, a dazed and barefoot Kat walks through the Square, disregarding the flowers and gifts left on the stairs of the pub. She heads upstairs in The Vic, passing the folded buggy and a pile of nappies before sitting in front of Tommy's empty cot.
Meanwhile, a shocked, sleep-deprived and scared Ronnie attempts to breast-feed 'James', but tears well up in her eyes when she can't bring herself to. Jack gently offers to make up a bottle of formula instead. As he heads out, Ronnie pulls out the blanket which James was last wrapped in and inhales the smell, deeply desperate to hold her son once again. Later, Jack returns to Ronnie, apologising for taking so long and when she starts to cry, Ronnie convinces him that she is overwhelmed with happiness. Roxy soon arrives and shares Kat and Alfie's news. Concerned for his wife's emotional behaviour, Jack rings a number left by the midwife requesting some post-natal help.
Later, Alfie returns to The Vic, where Billy and Julie are clearing up after the night before. He heads upstairs to find Kat sitting quietly in the dark, holding an outfit for 'Tommy'. The couple have nothing to say to each other and after breaking down in each other's arms, they head back to the hospital to say goodbye. Petrified, they take a deep breath and walk towards the Moses basket. With tears welling up in his eyes, Alfie looks at 'Tommy' and gently touches his soft cheek. Kat eventually looks at the child and, to Alfie's horror, she screams: "That's not my baby, Alfie. That's not my baby…" Has Kat discovered the terrible truth?
Elsewhere, with a thumping head, Christian is comforted by Syed who offers to buy him breakfast. At the café, the residents are stunned to discover Kat and Alfie's news and as Bianca breaks down, Syed covers for her so she can be with her family. Christian's guilt over kissing another man grows, but Roxy insists that what Syed doesn't know won't hurt him. When Christian pays for their breakfast, the piper's number is among his money. Roxy quickly tries to cover for him, but with the guilt eating away, will Christian be tempted to confess?
Also today, Tanya and Greg turn up unexpectedly.
Ronnie fears she could be caught
Airs on Tuesday, January 4 2011 19:30 GMT on BBC One
At her flat, Ronnie sees a police car pull up outside The Vic and instantly panics, but Jack attempts to reassure her that it's routine. Ronnie then answers a knock at the door to the midwife Taneshia, and she holds her breath while Taneshia checks 'James' and studies her notes. Taneshia is concerned after noticing that the baby has lost a lot of weight and the clubfoot, which was noted, has now disappeared. Sick with dread, Ronnie is convinced she is on the verge of getting caught, however the midwife is more concerned with Ronnie's emotional state. Ronnie covers and says that she is upset about a friend's newborn who passed away and is having difficulty in figuring out why it has happened.
At the café, Jack confesses to Max that Ronnie is struggling. Max reassures him and encourages Jack to come over to the Brannings' for a small party so they can all meet baby 'James'. Charlie soon enters the café but promptly leaves again as he is feeling judged by the whole Square. Soon afterwards, when the police knock at the Slaters' front door, Charlie is too overcome with guilt to face questioning and fails to answer.
Later, the Branning family are concerned when Ronnie doesn't show for the party so they decide to visit her instead. Ronnie pretends 'James' is sleeping so nobody can see him. Max seems unimpressed when Tanya announces that her and Greg are moving back to the Square and have set a date to marry. The awkward guests decide to leave when they overhear Jack and Ronnie arguing in the other room. Jack accuses Ronnie of being overprotective and Ronnie admits she fears for 'James' after what happened to Kat's baby. As she looks through the blinds, Ronnie continues to feels anxious as she waits for the doorbell to ring.
Elsewhere, Syed confides in Jane about Christian's infidelity and he bristles when Jane says that he is overreacting as it was just a kiss. Later, Christian fears the worst when Syed comes home until he pulls out a kilt and playfully says that if a man in a kilt is what he wants, a man in a kilt is what he will get! Once reconciled, they cuddle up on the sofa and Syed is unconvinced when Christian suggests they should start a family.
A vengeful Glenda calls the police
Airs on Thursday, January 6 2011 19:30 GMT on BBC One
Glenda knocks at Jack's wanting to borrow a jacket, but with no interest for Ronnie or the baby, she is asked to leave. As she does, she sees Phil kissing Shirley and she flashes Phil a knowing smile, making him nervous. Ian is then surprised when Glenda turns up unannounced, and while Glenda thinks it's exciting, Ian is nervous and pleads with her not to say anything about what has happened between them. Glenda tries blackmailing him into buying her a new coat, but Ian refuses. Later, Glenda enters the café and requests to speak to Jane. Ian busies Jane until he can get rid of Glenda, telling her to be at her house in half an hour. Soon after, Ian rushes out to 'do the books'.
As Glenda walks through Bridge Street, she bumps into Phil and Shirley. When Shirley goes to lay flowers outside The Vic, Glenda tells Phil that she has missed him and steals a kiss on the cheek. As Shirley heads away, Phil warns that there will be trouble if Shirley catches her. However, Glenda thinks that he is merely bluffing.
Later, Ben watches Ian as he heads over to Glenda's flat. Ian hands Glenda some money and pleads with her to stop playing games. Glenda reminds Ian that he is lucky she did not go to the police after what Peter did, and with that, Ian leaves. As Ian re-enters the café, Bianca accuses him of messing around with Glenda, but he denies the accusations.
Meanwhile, Ben has been following Glenda and when she's alone, he pulls her aside. In a moment of tension, Glenda realises it was Ben who pushed her. Soon afterwards, as everybody heads to Max's to wet the baby's head, Phil stops and uninvites Glenda as he sees her approaching. Seething, she heads back to her flat, picks up her phone and calls the police....
Elsewhere, Jack suggests that Ronnie should try breastfeeding again but she makes an excuse; Ricky gives Jay some advice on how to deal with Ben's return; Shirley tells everyone at Phil's that Jane got a call from Peter and he won't be coming back; Bianca begs Ronnie to bring out the baby and give people a reason to smile; and Ben admits to Jay that he pushed Glenda.

Soon after Ben has left for school, the police arrive wanting to speak to him, telling Phil that they need to discuss a GBH accusation. Seeing the police at the door, Jay tells Shirley and Phil about what Ben did to Glenda. Phil clocks that Ian has been playing around with Glenda and figures that Ben did it to protect Ian.
Later, Ian tries to defend himself as Phil and Shirley question him about fooling around with Glenda and they tell him that it was Ben who pushed her. Desperate to save his marriage, he begs them not to tell Jane, but it becomes clear that - as always with Phil - there'll be a price.
Phil eventually takes Ian to the police station and forces him to make a false alibi to get Ben off the hook. It's not long afterwards that Glenda receives a visit from Sergeant Kenny. When Ben arrives home later in the day, Jay tells him that Phil knows he pushed Glenda. Phil then confronts Ben and he tells him that the police have a false statement from Ian accounting for his whereabouts.
As the day continues, Ian goes to see Ben and tells him how much he loves Jane and does not want to ruin his relationship. When Glenda arrives home, she is shocked to find Phil and Ian waiting for her. They threaten her to withdraw her statement, warning that she may have something more to deal with if she doesn't.
Elsewhere, Bianca asks Liam to find out why Tiffany is acting strange. Tiffany goes on to tell him that she has seen Carol kissing Connor, but Liam warns her not to tell Bianca and to keep it to herself.
