New Phone Playing Up!!

I bought a new phone a couple of weeks ago from the Orange shop. (Only a cheap one)
And it's playing up already.
- It freezes all the time
- It turns itself off all the time
- And tonight, I can't click on any of the icons on the menu!?

I think I still have the receipt, do you think they will change it, or will I have to pay to get repairs done to it?
I really can't afford to pay for repairs.. and I can't afford to just buy a new phone again..

Aww, shame and annoying :( After owning it for such a short time, you should not have problems getting it changed and certainly should not pay for any repairs. Good luck xxx

If you've only had it a couple of weeks I'd take it back. They should give you a replacement or a refund.
