2921: Diane's actions shock her family

Diane dotes on the baby she's taken, while Sinead and Finn try to get their heads round the situation. When Rob finally arrives home, Finn implores him to try and get through to Diane.
Sinead also offers some advice to her dad, advising him to go easy on Diane. Rob's torn as his wife pleads with him to let her keep the baby.
Meanwhile, India asks Jamil out for a drink, but he declines, claiming that it's bad timing. Later, she's surprised to find him drinking at the SU bar, where he drunkenly makes a pass at her. It all gets too much for Jamil and he blurts out the truth - he's getting married to Lanika!
Elsewhere, Duncan makes a shock discovery in Eva's art room while taking Heidi and Gabby on a tour of the school, and Ste and Rae have a pleasant catch-up when Rae turns up unannounced.
2922: Diane breaks down over the baby

Sinead worries that Diane won't return the baby today, but when she tracks down Rob at school, he reassures her that the baby will be gone by the end of the day.
When Sinead returns home at lunchtime, Diane reveals that she thinks the baby might be ill. Sinead immediately suggests that a doctor should take a look at him, but Diane is dismissive, so Sinead goes off to recruit Lynsey. Sinead reveals to a stunned Lynsey that her mum's stolen the baby, and Diane breaks down.
Meanwhile, as Jamil's wedding looms, India and Tex rally round to support their friend. Jamil's enjoying the attention and doesn't correct their false assumptions about his 'forced' marriage. At the SU bar, two figures appear out of nowhere and try to tie Jamil up. He then struggles free and hits his head, falling to floor. Will he make his wedding after all?
Elsewhere, as Ste and Rae enjoy flirting with each other, they agree to go on a date together.
2923: Jamil comes clean with everyone

Jamil is furious when his kidnappers are revealed to be Darren and Tex, and he's even more put out to discover that they've lost the key to the handcuffs. Jamil admits the truth - that it isn't a forced marriage and apologises for letting them jump to conclusions. Darren cuts Jamil free and he rushes back in time for the wedding.
Lanika puts Jamil on the spot and asks him for the last time if he wants to go through with this. Jamil assures her that he does, but as the ceremony is about to start, Lanika stops in her tracks. Will the youngsters go through with the wedding or not?
Meanwhile, when Lynsey questions Diane about where she found the baby, Rob returns home to try and smooth things over. Lynsey declares that she'll take the baby back to the hospital today, but Rob tries to explain to her what it'll mean for Diane to be allowed to take him back herself.
Elsewhere, when the students are not satisfied that Lee's latest play draft is good enough, will Leanne be able to break the news to him?

Sinead finally manages to talk her mum round and encourages Diane to let Lynsey in, while a worried Finn confides in Amber and swears her to secrecy.
Lynsey puts things clearly for Diane, stating that she only has one option and that's to take the baby back. Meanwhile, Amber suggests to Finn that he could just take the baby back himself. Finn agrees and goes back to the house to take the baby, unbeknown to the rest of the O'Connors.
Elsewhere, Lee is reeling from the revelation that everyone hates his play. Arguments ensue as the students try to work out what they're going to do, but they're stopped in their tracks when Lee gets up and walks out.
Meanwhile, when Ste gets ready for his date with Rae and admits how much he likes her, Brendan is dismayed.

SoapsHollyoaksDiane, Rob, Lynsey and Sinead are in a state of shock after discovering that Finn has disappeared, and taken the baby with him.
With everyone arguing over the situation, Diane is in serious danger of getting herself in serious trouble for taking the child.
Meanwhile, Texas, Darren and Jem draw lots as to who will take control of the play in Lee's absence - and Darren wins. Darren's new version of the play mostly consists of the girls kissing each other, much to their dismay.
Elsewhere, Brendan leaves Ste with Veronica at Chez Chez, and brings Rae into the club to interrupt the pair kissing. Why is he trying to split up Rae and Ste?
