Ok, now i know i'm proably being VERY ditzy here, but i've forgotten how to uninstall msn 7. PLEASE HELP!!

I'm unintalling it so i can re-intall it to see if that will make msn work!!

Go to start, settings, control pannel, add remove programmes. It then gives you a list.

If your having the same prob as me, it doesnt work!!!!!!!:angry:

What was up with yours?? Mine comes up with "sorry, we are unable to sign you in at this moment. Please try again later" or something like that!!

Mine say its encountered a problem or something and must close!!

Let me know how you get on!! i've posted the prob on here!!

Using windows messenger now, it works ok and can speak to everyone but would rather have msn.

how did you get windows messenger?? My mate has that because her one has the same prob as her. But her brother got it up and she couldn't tell me how she got it up. Do you know how??

Trying to download messenger 6.2 now, ill let you know if it works.

On microsoft.com I think you can down load windows messenger their, they have messenger 6.2 there as well

Not think its playing today, just downloaded 6.2 and went to sign in and it said to continue you must download the newer version!!

I'm trying to download windows messenger but its so confusing. You click on the 'download now' it takes you to a page and i couldn't find the download icon on there. IT's so confusing!! the msn one is v.clear!!

you should already have windows messenger on your computer near where you can get your mail there should be a green person

Neither my MSN or windows messenger work! Smn says it is unable to sign me in at this time and Windows says there is a problem with my internet connection. This never happened before broadband!

xxx How right you are I think its broadband,been on it since October and I often get the unable to sign thing, but it works after a couple of goes.

Thats what mine said as well, but i've sacked off msn for windows messenger, which is now working fine.

Ok my MSN has went funny yet again!!! when i try to sign in it tells me that i cant sign in because my contact list isn't avalible???? Anyone else having this problem? I've also tried to sign in on emessenger and this doesn't work.

Also just noticed that all my bookmarks on IE have gone missing???? :angry:

yeah i think it is msn's problem - dont understand how emessenger isn't working either though.

Birks is having the same problem and a couple of my friends. Tried on mum computer too and it's not working.


I just hope it's not one of these ones were we're going to have to change our email addresses again.
