i sometimes get them

I used to suffer terribly with coldsores but haven't had one for ages. They are horrible :)

I get them when i'm run down, I find zovirax the best sometimes it even stops them comming out completely.

Tee tree oil is also good.

Also if you dont have any zovirax or tee tree oild then ice cubes, or somthing hot like (i know it sounds strange) putting your lip against a mug of hot tea helps!!

I know its strange, but I got loads when I was doing my A-levels and all of the above seamed to work.

Now I only get them when I've got a cold or i've been working too hard!!!!

PLEASE DO NOT USE BOILING WATER, YOU WILL BURN YOU LIP AND END UP WITH ANOTHER BLISTER.

If you're eating something salty and it gets into an open coldsore it stings.
