Steph to die at Christmas?

I read that Steph dies at Christmas, apparently after her wedding to Gilly :( I know her exit is around Christmas timne but I'm still hoping she'll get a happy ending. What does everyone else think? :)

Crap she's had enough heartache and so has Tom. Send her of to America for lifesaving treatment and she can full-fill her dream of going to Hollywood.

A sick Steph walks up the aisle and marries Gilly.
Then afterwards Gilly carries her home and she dies peacefully in his arms.
I bet thats how it will play out, with some sad song playing over the closing credits, that are in black, and then some old clips of Steph over the years afterwards, then "if you have have been affected by the loss of a loved one to terminal cancer..."
