Like a death metal Vera Lynn, Sam has been rousing the troops using the power of song. At least we think it's supposed to be singing.
We don't doubt that Sam has a lovely voice. It's just that whenever she chooses to use it she sings so loudly that it sounds more like the screeching wail of a banshee.
Hoping to cheer up the box-bound Housemates, Sam has been yelling pop hits at them through their breathing holes. Unfortunately, the task survival kits don't contain ear-plugs.
Sam's delivery would be enough to make Alanis Morissette break down in tears and have Tina Turner running for the hills. After belting out Simply! The! Best!, Sam moved onto disco classic I Will Survive.
"Bloody hell I hope you don't, dear," was Derek's response after being treated to a glass shattering performance by the deafening diva.
Sam then took to sneaking up on the boxes and yelling We Will Rock You at top volume as Maxwell and Saskia looked on in bemusement.
We Will Lock You (Away) might be more appropriate...
