I'm glad the body is finally found
First up, the after-effects of Owen's body being unearthed in EastEnders.
With Fatboy and Leon having dug up Owen's corpse, Lucas is thrown into turmoil that his murderous secret is about to be exposed to the rest of the Square.
Backed into a corner, Lucas coolly confesses to his wife Denise that he killed Owen and buried him. As he's about to flee the area, though, Denise begs him to stay around, assuring him that they can pull through the ordeal together.
However, after speaking with Owen's mother Liz, the police arrive and ask Denise to accompany them down to the station for questioning.
Will Lucas regret coming clean with his wife? Will Denise tell the police the truth? Or will Lucas manage to end her life before she has the chance?
These scenes air during the week commencing July 5 on BBC One.

EastEndersRSSThe police question Denise about her relationship with Owen
As Denise is driven off the Square by the police, Lucas looks on as he ponders his next move. When Libby returns home, Lucas is forced to break the tragic news to her about her father Owen. Rushing to find Liz, Libby attempts to convince Liz and herself that there's not yet any concrete evidence to prove the body is Owen's but Liz is adamant - his wallet was unearthed, too. With that, Libby breaks down. Across the Square, Chelsea's furious to learn from her father that her mother's at the police station being questioned and she's further irked when Libby reveals that Liz was responsible for the visit. Lucas visibly drips with sweat as the situation gets the better of him and Chelsea remembers finding Trina's bracelet in Denise's handbag.
Questioning Lucas over her mother's involvement in Owen's death, Lucas demands that she keep quiet - for Denise's sake. As Lucas heads out to collect Jordan from school, Chelsea's forced to come clean with Libby about finding Trina's bracelet in their mother's belongings. At that moment, Libby and Chelsea are left doubting their mother's innocence - could she have killed both Trina and Owen?
Meanwhile, the police interrogate Denise about her rocky relationship with Owen. However, when Denise claims that she and her ex-husband were on speaking terms, the police question why Liz states that they couldn't stand the sight of each other. Revealing that Lucas taught her how to forgive Owen, Denise admits that the last time she saw Owen was on her wedding day - and that there are a lot of people who will confirm that she didn't kill Owen in cold blood.
Elsewhere, Ryan begins to feel guilty about the state Janine's in; Glenda and Peggy's battle for Ronnie and Roxy's attention continues; Ryan tidies the flat and pretends to leave, tricking Janine into emerging from the bathroom; Glenda asks Phil for a favour, while Minty flirts with her; Ryan and Janine agree to take a break together; and Glenda winds up Peggy by treating Phil to a meal in The Vic.

Denise soon realises that Lucas isn't driving her to the police station after all.
While Liz surveys the forensic scene on the Square, Libby's still in turmoil, Patrick's concerned about Jordan and Lucas preps for his Bible Studies class. After receiving a call from Denise, Chelsea informs Lucas that her mother's ready to be picked up from the police station as she's being released without charge. An emotional Denise is released and she quickly informs Lucas that they'll be questioning him about Owen, too. When asked to be interviewed, Lucas declines and DI Kelly insists that they'll have to speak at some point. Finally alone, Lucas quizzes Denise about her time with the police. Returning to the Square, Liz can't believe her eyes when Denise steps out of the car.
Later, Lucas asks Denise to go with him to the police station where he plans to confess to Owen's murder. Denise drives out of the Square to meet Lucas and sidling into the driver's seat, Lucas pulls away. Before long, Denise makes the shocking realisation that Lucas isn't driving her to the police station after all…
Lucas and Denise are pulled over by a canal where Lucas wants to baptise Denise.
Meanwhile, Phil helps Ben prepare for his court appearance but concerned for his son, Phil calls Richie Scott. Over at The Vic, Peggy and Glenda argue over Ronnie's birthday and Ronnie's forced to make a choice between Peggy's family meal or Glenda's theatre tickets. On the flip of a coin, Peggy's delighted that her family dinner reigns supreme. Phil then turns up at the pub and after Glenda invites him to the theatre, Richie arrives to discuss Ben and what they can do to save him from a stint in juvenile detention. With Patrick, Chelsea, Libby and Jordan at the other end of The Vic, Phil heads to the toilet and as he walks past Jordan, taunts him about stitching up Ben to the police.
Elsewhere, Heather informs Darren that baby George has his first tooth; Ronnie visits Jack in hospital; Jodie's upset that Darren's going away with Minty to the World Cup; Jack attempts to prove that he can walk properly but collapses; Darren discovers that Heather's accidentally washed his World Cup tickets; and Ronnie and Jack have a serious talk about their relationship.
Jodie is upset that Darren will be away for a week during the World Cup but Darren can't find the World Cup tickets. He accuses Jodie of taking the tickets.
Denise panics as Lucas continues to drive away from Walford - he's adamant that Denise has finally found God. Chelsea calls her mother's phone but there's no answer. In the car, Lucas reveals that he's taking Denise to be baptised. Finally managing to speak with Lucas, Chelsea asks where he is. Lucas lies that he's at Bible Studies class. In the car, however, a confused Denise tries to wriggle free. As her family continue to worry, Denise takes in the scene around her as Lucas rolls up beside a canal. Denise plays along with Lucas's religious sermon before her baptism but Lucas is furious when it becomes clear that she's not being serious.
His rage boiling over, Lucas sees red when Denise makes a leap for the keys. With that, Lucas grabs Denise around the neck and proceeds to strangle her. It's not long before Denise's body becomes lifeless…
Meanwhile, Shirley's still livid with Phil for his exchange with Jordan. Ronnie returns from the hospital with a present for Amy from Jack. While upstairs, Ronnie explains to Roxy that she's finally forgiven Jack. At that moment, Glenda
Ian and Phil have a heart to heart about their fathers and how they were treated as children.
wanders in, prompting Ronnie and Roxy to make sharp exits. Heading downstairs, Glenda's frustrated when she overhears her daughters joking about Jack with Peggy and Shirley. What does Glenda want?
Elsewhere, Minty's distraught when Darren comes clean about the World Cup tickets being destroyed; Ben's embarrassed when Phil walks in on him singing karaoke with Jane; Darren tries to apologise to Jodie for accusing her of stealing his tickets; Ian and Phil have a heart-to-heart about their childhoods; and Minty asks Darren to move out of the flat.

Libby accuses them of making it sound like Denise is guilty.
Lucas sends Libby and Chelsea a text message from Denise's phone. Returning to the Square, Lucas is caught on the hop by Phil wanting to talk about Jordan bullying Ben. Across the Square, Libby reads the message from 'Denise' which says: "I'm sorry." As Patrick suggests calling the police, Libby begs Lucas to assure Chelsea that their mother didn't kill Owen. Lucas returns to the canal and launches Denise's phone into the water, before smashing her car window.
Later, a police car turns up and they inform Patrick, Libby, Chelsea and Lucas that they've found Denise's car by the canal. While the police hear all about Denise driving off and the text message the girls received from her, divers scour the bottom of the canal. As Denise's phone is removed from the murky depths, a human arm attached to a body floats to the surface of the water.
Phil packs some of Ben's clothes into a holdall. Shirley reasons with Phil saying running away could increase his time in jail.
Meanwhile, Shirley tries to reassure Phil about Ben's court case. Sure that Ben's going nowhere, Phil begins packing some of Ben's clothes into a backpack. Shirley demands that Phil listen to reason - running away won't solve anything, it'll only add to Ben's problems. Phil, however, is resolute. Peggy arrives to talk to Phil, while Ben's emotional about leaving the country. But Phil assures his son that staying with Grant is the best move they can make in the circumstances. Shirley reckons she's managed to convince Phil to think again about his harebrained scheme to hide in Spain. However, she later overhears Phil confide in Ben that they're leaving tomorrow - whatever happens.

EastEnders' man of the cloth-gone-bad Lucas Johnson adds to his growing sin list during this evening's hour-long episode when he strangles his wife beside a canal.
Convincing Denise that they're heading to the police station where he'll hand himself in, Lucas drives out of the Square but Denise begins to panic when he heads in the opposite direction.
On their way, Lucas reveals to Denise that he's taking her to be baptised, before rolling up on some wasteland beside a canal. Spooked by his behaviour, a panic-stricken Denise initially plays along with his religious chatter but it's not long before she becomes wary of his motives.
As Lucas realises that Denise isn't taking him seriously, he's thrown into a fit of rage when she makes a grab for the keys. With that, he grabs his wife around the neck and strangles her until her body falls limp…
EastEnders' hour-long episode airs tonight from 7.30pm on BBC One.
I'm looking forward to tonight's episode to see if Lucas really kills Denise.
I doubt it will be that clear but yeah, will be interesting to see :)
