mmerdale's Wylde widow Natasha is stunned to the core next week when she receives a bouquet from beyond the grave.

With her husband Mark still buried in the grounds of Home Farm, both Natasha (Amanda Donohoe) and her daughter Maisie (Alice Coulthard) are left reeling when a bunch of flowers are delivered with a card that reads: 'Dear Natasha, I miss you… Love Mark.'

Now embroiled in a relationship with village newcomer Declan Macey (Jason Merrells) and having experienced first-hand how son Nathan (Lyndon Ogbourne) will stoop as low as blackmail, Natasha's left wondering who would torment her - and why.

Knowing full well that Mark's corpse is rotting in the woods, Natasha - who murdered her husband in cold blood on that fateful January night - begins to panic that somebody has rumbled her killer secret.

Cain does not know that Mark is dead and buried in the woods, so it must be Nathan who sent the flowers. But why is Natasha surprised? Nathan had no problems blackmailing his mother for all her money when she confided in him about his father, I would immediately suspect him of sending the flowers, especially as he does not like what is going on with Declan

Even though Cain doesn't know about Mark being dead and being buried in the woods I think he suspects that there is something going on and sends the flowers to see how Natasha will react. So if she's unnerved by receiving them then his suspicions will be confirmed.

Tuesday's instalment of the Yorkshire serial sees Natasha receive a bunch of flowers signed 'from Mark', throwing her and her daughter Maisie into emotional turmoil.

While Natasha begins to panic that somebody's unearthed her killer secret, she turns to her son and asks him to take the wrap for the dark delivery in the hope of preventing Maisie from suffering yet another breakdown.

Despite not knowing who ordered the flowers, Nathan accepts responsibility and causes Declan to fly into a rage at him for plotting such a sick prank.

A Blind man can see its Cain, Sam finds something in the woods that he wants to give to Natasha, but doesn't get to her. In the pub looking worried Cain asks him what is wrong, its clear he told Cain what he found and Cain is using Marks credit card.

Yep, I think it is Cain now, although I don't think he knows that Mark is dead and buried in the woods. He is just playing evil games at the moment.

Mark's dry-cleaned suit is delivered to Declan's house.

Furious, Declan confronts Natasha and baffled as to why she stands by her son, he gives her an ultimatum - either she come clean about what's going on with Nathan or they can't be together.

Will Natasha agree to his ultimatum?

Meanwhile, Marlon plucks up the courage to ask Rhona to dinner and he gets excited as he teases her about where they're going.

Rhona and Marlon rush to Shadrach's aid.
Elsewhere, Carl and Chas argue over Shadrach's presence; and Aaron refuses to accept Shadrach's apology.

Natasha confronts Nathan about the flowers and the suit, knowing full well that Mark's messages from beyond the grave could drive Declan away.

Later, Natasha's upset when Declan reveals that he can't be with her any longer if she can't trust him with the truth.

Nathan, however, is horrified when he finds a note stuck to the windscreen of his car, which reads 'what are you hiding?'

Ashley and Laurel arrive to help out
Meanwhile, Carl makes it clear that he's had enough with the current living arrangements.

With that, he forces Shadrach to leave Mill Cottage with all his belongings and a bottle of whisky.

As an inebriated Shadrach crosses the road, though, he doesn't spot Marlon and Rhona hurtling towards him.

Elsewhere, Diane's on a high that she's engaged, but Doug's sure that she's making a huge mistake with Charlie; Maisie asks an uncomfortable Nikhil if she can stay the night at his house; and Bob worries about the future of his job and the pub.

Marlon, meanwhile, arrives at the hospital and is stunned when Shadrach suggests that he should move in with him in a bid to alleviate his guilty conscience.

Elsewhere, Diane worries when Charlie seems under the weather.

Meanwhile, the Bartons return from their holiday on a high but Holly's deflated when she learns that she'll be working on the farm again. With that, they decide to help her find a job elsewhere.

Holly's later thrilled by her parents' efforts and swears to her brother Adam that she's off the cocaine.

Elsewhere, Declan tries to get back together with Natasha; Bob's worried about providing for the twins now that his job is at risk; and Maisie persuades her to give him another chance.

Nathan reveals the identity of their tormentor to Natasha and admits his belief that cash is the only way to snuff the threat to their secret.

Natasha, however, warns her son that paying them off won't rid them of the problem and would more than likely make it worse. Natasha goes on to suggest that their blackmailer probably doesn't know the truth about Mark anyway.

Natasha's in turmoil as she ponders what to do. At that moment, Declan shows up for their date and she's forced to end their relationship.

Later in the layby, Natasha shows up to meet the Wylde blackmailer and insists they've nothing to hide - and she won't be paying a penny.

Meanwhile, Holly lands a job in the kitchen at The Woolpack and reluctantly rejects Roz's offer of a big night out, insisting that she promised her parents that she'd behave.

Elsewhere, Leyla's excited about getting the shop up and running and finally having Farrars to themselves when Val and Pollard move into the B&B; Shadrach checks himself out of the hospital in a hurry and makes himself at home at Tall Trees; and David's uneasy when Declan offers to get Jackson to work on the shop for free.

Natasha realises that she's taken a gamble in refusing to pay their blackmailer but she reassures Nathan that it's for the best.

Surely their tormentor can't know their secret?

Later, the front door rings and Nathan finds a gift for Maisie on the doorstep with a tag signed 'from Dad'. Before Maisie sees it, though, Nathan manages to rip the label off.

Both Natasha and Nathan watch in horror as Maisie opens the gift and they're relieved to discover it's a watch.

Shadrach is told he will die if he doesn't stop drinking.
Has Natasha made a huge mistake in blanking their blackmailer? Or will she relent and pay up?

Elsewhere, Holly's desperate to join Roz on her night out but reluctantly refuses; Leyla's confused when David outright rejects Declan's offer without explaining why; Doug's suspicious as he questions Rodney about Charlie's job; and Marlon's exasperated when Shadrach doesn't seem surprised by the doctor's warning.
