The bed-bound Housemates have endured a full half an hour of piercing alarm noise this morning. When will they learn that Big Brother doesn't tolerate tardiness?
The piercing alarm that followed the playing of 80s hit Living In A Box was enough to start anyone off on the wrong footing. You'd have expected the Housemates to get up sharpish rather than put up with the sound for more than five minutes.
Not this lazy lot though!
"Shut the ******* up!" Kemal squealed from under his covers as the shrill alarm continued to ring after five minutes.
There was a simple solution staring them in the face - get out of bed. The Housemates should know by now that the alarm will not stop until they are all up and about.
But the Housemates couldn't ditch that sleepy Sunday feeling and stayed under their duvets as the alarm continued to ring.
Ten minutes passed and the horrible sound was still going strong because Kemal, Vanessa and Maxwell were all still in bed.
After half an hour of the noise, Derek started to get just a teensy bit irate, suggesting that Big Brother should devise a way to punish the sleeping Housemates without making the rest of the group suffer.
Derek assumes that the alarm was meant for the lazy bed bound Housemates. But could it be a tactic to flush out the box dwellers?
