The X Factor star, 18, plays tracks from No1 album Songs From The Tainted Cherry Tree amid the series' landmarks.
It is part of the line-up when T4's mega-mouthful of a programme The Hollyoaks Music Show With Matalan.co.uk returns for a second series on Saturday.
The Channel 4 show sees musicians play in the fictional Chester suburb.
But Diana already has her sights set on being a guest performer on another show - her 2008 old stamping ground The X Factor.
She said: "That is for me one of my biggest goals."
