Coronation Street star Steve Huison has organised a series of auctions in aid of mental health charity The Soteria Network.
The actor is hoping to raise funds by giving fans the chance to bid for a number of special prizes - including the memorable red leather thong from his role as Lomper in 1997 comedy film The Full Monty.
Speaking of the underwear item, he commented: "I've hung onto it all this time waiting for the right cause to donate the money to. I suppose the red leather thong has become a lasting icon from the film, every stage production since has copied it. By the way, it has been dry-cleaned!"
Huison, now best known for playing Weatherfield cab driver Eddie Windass, is also offering Coronation Street, Emmerdale and This Morning-related lots.
Among the auction prizes will be a rare signed copy of Corrie's 7,000th episode script and a unique opportunity for four people to visit the serial's Manchester studios during its 50th anniversary celebrations.
Others will include an Emmerdale set tour for two people and a behind-the-scenes visit to This Morning while the show is being broadcast live from its home at South Bank Studio, London.
The auctions will launch on eBay tomorrow and run for ten days.
