Peter Andre is to appear in the ITV game show Odd One In, according to reports.

The singer will be a team captain on the upcoming programme.

The show will have an eight-week run on Saturday nights later this year.

Comedian Jason Manford will captain the opposing team as they battle it out each week.

The show will see the celebrity guests being presented with "hilarious and unusual line-ups" containing members of the public.

In each case, one person will have a special skill, impressive talent, strange job or shocking secret - and the participants must guess who is the "Odd One In".

Bradley Walsh is to host the show, which begins recirding later this month. Walsh played Danny Baldwin in Coronation Street from 2004 for two years.

Peter Andre has reportedly signed up for a new ITV2 show which will see him "giving back the love" to the British public.

According to The Sun, cameras will follow Andre as he travels around the country in an ice cream van promoting community values.

A source told the newspaper: "Pete's got through some tough times and now wants to give back the love that he felt.

"Driving a specially fitted ice cream van, he is bidding to prove that a little bit of community goes a long way. We're hoping it will put a warm glow in people's hearts and a smile on their faces."

It is thought that the feel-good show, titled Peter Andre: Here To Help, will be screened in October.

Andre already has his own ITV2 reality programme The Next Chapter, which is returning for a new series later this year.

PETER Andre has been rushed to hospital with stomach pains, his ex-wife Katie Price revealed today.
The glamour girl broke the news on her Twitter page, saying the Aussie's management agency, Can Associates, were about to announce that he was unwell.
She wrote: "I'm told CAN are going to release a statement saying Pete been rushed to hospital with stomach pains! Why does press need to know!" - telling her 700,000 followers in the process.

Breaking the news ... Katie Price
The 32-year-old, who got divorced from Pete last year, added: "Hope Pete ok."
Shortly afterwards Can Associates released a statement confirming that the singer was in "excruciating pain".
It read: "Peter Andre was rushed to hospital in the early hours of this morning in excruciating pain. At present he is being monitored closely and being kept in for extensive tests and scans.
"Peter was due to play at Plymouth Pavilions tonight for the first night of his Arena Tour, however this has had to be postponed due to his current condition and will be re-scheduled for Tuesday 21st December 2010."
His manager Claire Powell added: "We are very worried about Peter and at present we do not know what is causing him to be in so much pain.
"Peter is terribly disappointed that he is unable to perform at tonight's sold out opening night."
She said Pete hoped to still be able to perform at Minehead tomorrow as planned and fans should check his official website for updates about the tour.
And she shot back at Katie for questioning her reason for the announcement, writing on Twitter: "The reason why is because he has a sell out arena tour starting tonight and his fans need to know not to turn up for the Plymouth show."
During Pete's ITV2 reality show he complained of stomach pains and was diagnosed with gallstones.
Earlier this month he revealed he was suffering with a "mystery illness" and had been having several tests at the hospital to find out what it was.
In July he also had a heart attack scare and was treated by paramedics after collapsing while out jogging.
