I wondered how to get to the shoutbox now, as I've reached 150 posts. Please answer this before closing.

erm it should just appear at the top of the main page and then there should be a box where you can write what you want to say and then a button which says "shout" when youve written what you want to. you may need to log out and back in again if you cant see it

Not quite. You can reach 150 posts and then then have to wait up to 1 hour. Thats because there's a script that runs once every hour to check who can use the shoutbox.
