Lee Ryan confirms his return to Blue

Lee Ryan has confirmed that he will return to boyband Blue.

The 26-year-old singer, who stars in new film The Heavy and is releasing a solo album later this year, also said that he is pleased with the amount of work he has at present.

He told Bang Showbiz: "Yes, we will do a few more together. But I'm doing my solo album right now. My single 'Secret Love' is out on the radio.

"It's going to be busy, I know, my girlfriend is going mad. She keeps going to me, 'I'm never going to see you'!"

Ryan continued: "You know, it's a very crucial time right now. I've been away for about four years and to come back with my first single, have a film in the cinema with this cast, and to have a solo deal with an album coming out is a bit mental right now.

"But I feel very, very privileged right now. Hopefully, 2010 is going to be a great year!"

Duncan James recently said that Blue were ready to return later this year.

Lee Ryan has revealed that he used to have threesomes with his fellow Blue bandmate Duncan James.

Ryan, who recently admitted his surprise at James's bisexuality, said that the pair "did some crazy s**t with each other" while they were in the band.

He told New: "Me and Duncan had threesomes! We did some crazy s**t with each other. In the past we've done some s**t like that.

"It's not weird...you just high five each other. I think they call it a spit roast."

Ryan also told the magazine he is glad James finally has the courage to speak out about his sexuality.

He explained: "It's his business. And he told me eventually... He seems so much happier now. He feels like he's just cool, man. I saw him the other day and he was really happy. I love him to bits. He's like a soulmate, a brother. He looks like he has a weight off his shoulders."

Lee Ryan's new single 'Secret Love' is released May 3.
