Big Brother has come through for the hungry Housemates and dropped an emergency aid package into the garden.
Sam spotted the package, and showed remarkable self-control by not ripping it open and devouring the contents right there on the lawn.
She alerted the others and soon a gaggle of Housemates had gathered round the package. The big question on everyone's lips was, is it food?
Luckily for the saucer-eyed group, it was indeed food. Inside the box was a note that read, "Housemates, desperate times call for desperate measures," and a package of provisions carefully chosen to see the team through until the next food delivery.
Big Brother sent ingredients to bake bread, and to prepare a hearty stew. Sugar, oil, yeast, king Edward potatoes. Carrots, leaks, dumplings and gravy were all in the box.
"Thanks BB, you helped us out in our time of need," Science said.
Craig set to work on the bread, kneading the dough like a pro.
Later Kemal mused on where the package might have come from. He thinks that it wasn't a gift from Big Brother after all but a present from a benevolent trucker in Dublin.
