Aaron goes into a gay bar

Airs on Monday, March 22 2010 at 19:00 GMT on ITV1

Aaron's annoyed with Paddy for constantly checking up on him. Full of turmoil, Aaron paces the village alone and finds himself back at the gay bar. Forcing his fears out of his mind, he hurries inside and is awkward when Jackson starts chatting to him.

Aaron sits alone feeling out of his depth and is shocked when Jackson asks if he'd like a game of pool. Panicking about his situation, Aaron quickly makes an excuse and leaves. Outside, Aaron angrily kicks and punches some bins, unable to cope with his feelings.

Meanwhile, Ashley struggles to maintain his composure as he tries to hide his secret. Lying to Laure, Ashley insists that he's simply struggling with work. However, Sandy returns from visiting Jasmine and is taken aback by Ashley's unusually withdrawn attitude.

Feeling guilty for being so abrasive, Ashley heads to the church to pray for guidance.

Elsewhere; Chas is cynical about Nicola's forced pleasantness but is enjoying watching her close to cracking; Lisa puts on a brave face as Belle visits her in prison; Sam snaps at Zak for bad mouthing Olena; and Jai agrees to give Lizzie a chance at working at the factory.

Nicola and Chas come to blows

Airs on Tuesday, March 23 2010 at 19:00 GMT on ITV1

Nicola's forced to look after a poorly Anya but is furious when she discovers that she's not ill at all - she just wants to skive off school. When Nicola drags Anya to Pear Tree, Chas intervenes and a food fight ensues. Jimmy and Carl split them up and while Jimmy manages to calm Nicola down, Chas becomes further wound up.

On their return home from the pub, Jimmy and Nicola find Chas throwing their things out of the bedroom window. As the insults fly between the ladies, Jimmy and Carl toss a coin in a bid to settle their domestic. Jimmy loses as he announces that they don't need to be evicted - they're leaving. Where will Nicola and Jimmy actually go?

Meanwhile, Aaron's angry when he's unable to find his phone and when Paddy suggests that he call the bar he was at last night, he panics. Later, Paddy's grateful when Jackson arrives at the vets with Aaron's phone. Aaron, however, is horrified as he watches Paddy and Jackson talking.

Terrified that his cover's been blown, Aaron's relieved that Jackson simply returned his phone without mentioning the gay bar to Paddy. Afterwards, Aaron throws away the note Jackson left with his number on.

Elsewhere, Ashley goes to the police station to report Sally. However, when he uncomfortably relays Sally's past schemes, he's humiliated as the police continue to question him. Unable to cope, Ashley retracts his statement and leaves the station feeling frustrated with himself.

Also, the Bartons worry about their financial situation when the bill for the toxic spill arrives; and Lizzie settles into working on the production line, much to Nikhil's surprise.

Paddy presumes that Aaron's dealing drugs

Airs on Wednesday, March 24 2010 at 19:00 GMT on ITV1

As Paddy watches Aaron hand Jackson his business card, Paddy wrongly assumes that Aaron's dealing drugs. At The Woolpack, a worried Paddy confides in Marlon about his fears for Aaron. Will Paddy confront Aaron? And if he does, will Aaron confess?

Meanwhile, Scarlett forces Jimmy and Carl to resolve their differences. Jimmy, however, is indignant when Carl
refuses to apologise for evicting them.

Elsewhere, Ashley's in turmoil and remains distant with Laurel; Rodney feels bad for Jimmy and Nicola and so reluctantly gives them his room to stay in; Olena's uncomfortable that Sam's clearly still smitten with him; John refuses to let Holly get into a war with the locals when Brenda cruelly comments about the chemical spill; and Sam's put out when Olena invites Eli and Lizzie along to the pub

Aaron begins to panic

Airs on Thursday, March 25 2010 at 19:00 GMT on ITV1

Paddy's determined to get to the bottom to Aaron's edginess and shows Marlon his research on drugs. Paddy continues to dig deeper and probes Holly for her reasons behind ending her relationship with Aaron.

Later, Aaron erupts when he discovers some leaflets on drugs left in his bedroom. Paddy's thrown by Aaron's ferocious reaction and demands to know what is going on. When Aaron clams up, Paddy insists on calling Jackson, leaving Aaron terrified that the truth is literally about to come out.

Meanwhile, Sam's anxious to help Olena when she admits that she's missing her son. With her words resonating in his mind, Sam hatches a plan and tells Olena that it's important for her to pop around to the house.

Olena's taken aback when she turns up and Sam gets down on one knee and proposes. What will Olena say?

Elsewhere; Nicola tries to impress Natasha at work in the hope of a payrise; Leyla persuades David, Holly and Maisie to go clubbing; Laurel's concerned that Ashley's reluctant to be intimate with her; and Jimmy stressed, Nicola suggests that he should ask Carl to buy him out of the business.

Aaron ferociously attacks Paddy

Airs on Thursday, March 25 2010 at 20:00 GMT on ITV1

Aaron maintains that he's not dealing drugs, while Paddy continues to interrogate him about Jackson. Aaron eventually snaps with Paddy and demands that he stop asking questions about the pub he went to as he's starting to sound like Adam with all his accusations. At that moment, the penny drops for Paddy - with that, Paddy cautiously asks Aaron if he's gay.

Struggling to contain his rage, Aaron goes to leave but desperate for him to talk, Paddy shuts the door and continues asking questions. As Paddy persists, the red mist finally descends on Aaron who brutally attacks Paddy. Aaron's sickened by his own actions as he stares at a bloodied Paddy on the floor.

Paddy refuses to let Aaron go through his struggle alone and with that, Aaron's bravado finally cracks. Aaron's emotions come pouring out and he confesses he hates being gay.

Refusing to face up to his sexuality, Aaron forces Paddy out of his situation. Determined not to give up on him, Paddy approaches Aaron again, only to find him packing his bags. A distraught Aaron refuses to let Paddy stop him from leaving and he runs downstairs into the night.

Meanwhile, Holly and Maisie return from the club buzzing from their night out. Their conversation descends onto the drugs they took and as they continue to drink, Maisie's happy to have found a kindred spirit.

Giggling in a heap on the floor, Natasha walks in and is furious at the state of her daughter. Holly briskly leaves, while Natasha's concerned by Maisie's odd behaviour. Natasha demands to know what's going on but a paranoid Maisie heads to bed.

Elsewhere, Sam's crushed when Olena refuses to marry him, using the excuse that she'll be sent home for being an illegal immigrant. Later, Olena's hopeful when Eli insists that Sam will move on now she's been straight with him.

Also, David and Leyla return from the club early and they become passionate in the village, only to be interrupted by Zak.

Natasha warns Holly to stay away from Maisie

Airs on Friday, March 26 2010 at 19:00 GMT on ITV1

Natasha's furious when Maisie admits that she tried cocaine while she was clubbing the previous night. Natasha can't believe that her daughter's been so careless, considering her fragile mental state.

Nicola's intrigued to see that Holly's on edge and points a fact-finding Natasha in her direction. Angry over what's happened, Natasha sacks Holly for supplying her daughter with drugs and warns her to stay away from Home Farm.

In the pub, John and Moira are horrified when Natasha reveals what's happened. Back at Butlers, John and Moira confront Holly over the cocaine issue but Holly brushes them off, leaving her parents worried at her casual attitude.

Meanwhile, Marlon's sick with worry as a battered and bruised Paddy opens the door to him. Marlon's furious to discover that Aaron's responsible for the attack and tells him to go to the police. Paddy defends Aaron's actions and tells Marlon to trust him - he needs to know where Aaron is as he really needs his help.

At the pub, though, a frustrated Marlon reveals Paddy's state to a furious Chas. With that, Chas heads round to see him but Paddy refuses to talk and pushes her away. Chas's mind goes into overdrive as she begins to worry about her son.

Elsewhere, Sam's full of hope when he asks Cain to get hold of a dodgy passport for Olena. Sam's in good spirits when he sees her and Olena misreads his optimism - she thinks that Sam's finally getting over her.

Also, Natasha receives a call from the bank and begins to worry about her finances; and a glum Rodney tells Charlie that Sue dumped him thanks to his dating advice.
