As Derek wryly observed, food, not money, is the root of all evil in the Big Brother House. Most of the Housemates' squabbles have been over grub, or shopping for grub.
Makosi noted, "How ironic is it that you spend all week moaning about food then you throw it down someone."
"Yeah I could've eaten that" pipped in Science helpfully.
Roberto was in no doubt about what the problem is. "Greed. That's what happened," he told Big Brother of his spat with Maxwell. He also insisted that his outburst was a joke and should have been seen as funny.
He had an ally in Science. "That's entertainment," he agreed. Though he did stir it a little, saying, "You made him look like an idiot."
Anthony - who'd almost been caught in the food crossfire - didn't find it funny and pressed the Italian to justify his 'joke'. "Why did you pour food on his head?" he asked.
"Because he wanted more food," said Roberto.
But Derek still persuaded Roberto he owed Maxwell an apology, which is just as well as Maxwell still thinks he was "bang out of order."
Saskia did manage to cheer up the hungry Londoner though, confessing that, "When you were getting dressed earlier, I saw your willy."
"No wonder she's all over me like a rash," said the eternal optimist.
