Why make her have a miscarriage? seems a bit lazy to me
Because this means she can never have kids and they are going down the adoption route.

Maybe to show viewers the consequncers of her drug riddled past and her acohol binges before she realised she was pregnant.

Really?
Will Becky look to adopt Becky or another child?
I think you mean whether Becky is going to adopt Amy. Probably, because that would fit in nicely with Bracey coming back to the Street. But I think they are also looking to adopt a baby together.
Probably, because that would fit in nicely with Bracey coming back to the Street.
Aww, is the "Bracey" quote a Freudian slip that shows you're still mourning the loss of Bradley in EE? :hmm:
 I meant to put Tracey, no, I am not in mourning because Bradley died, although it is a shame he did :)
:rotfl: Oh good, I was worried there for a minute :rotfl:
Becky makes a shock revelation

Consumed with pain and fear, Becky returns to form and heads to the bar where she hits the bottle. Steve's outraged to find Becky drinking but as he reprimands her for risking the health of their unborn child, Becky has some devastating news...
Meanwhile, Dev's convinced that he's blown it with Sunita but when she turns up on the Street and asks Molly to send him to The Rovers to talk, his spirits soar. At the pub, though, Sunita's bumped into Ciaran and when Dev spots them chatting, his hopes are dashed. Can Dev compete with Ciaran's Irish charm?
Leanne's exhausted as she works around the clock in an attempt to keep Peter's business ticking over. But when Peter returns to the Street out of the blue, she wonders if all her efforts have been for nothing. Peter's discharged himself from rehab - but is he sober?

Dev's convinced that he's lost Sunita to Ciaran but Lloyd urges him to pull himself together and hear what she has to say before giving up on their relationship.
Back in The Rovers, Dev's thrilled to hear that Sunita has no interest in Ciaran and instead wants them to start afresh - providing he promises to take things slowly. Will Dev agree to play by Sunita's rules?
Meanwhile, Leanne's sceptical as Peter reveals that he's checked himself out of rehab as he's 'back in control'. The atmosphere, however, is strained and Peter's furious to discover that Leanne's allowed Simon to go to Spain without consulting him.
A huge row erupts and it quickly becomes clear that their relationship has been severely damaged by Peter's alcoholism.
Elsewhere, when the police tell Tina that Gail admitted to sending the birthday text, she's horrified. Letting rip at Gail, Tina claims that the text stopped her reporting Joe missing when he could have been alive. A devastated Gail is forced to admit that she as good as killed him at the Lake District.

Following Tina's revelation about the birthday text, the Street gossips begin theorising about Gail's involvement in Joe's death. When DC Glynn and DS Carr arrive on the Street to take Gail down to the station for questioning, the Platts are thrown into turmoil.
Meanwhile, Peter's in a foul mood as he tries to contact George, despite Leanne insisting that George is flying back with Simon later in the day.
George eventually calls to say that they're home but as Peter sets off to collect Simon, Leanne's left with a lingering doubt that Peter's not as well as he claims.

A furious Peter loses it with George and Leanne's forced to call Ken for backup. Will Ken be able to calm Peter down? Or will Peter's erratic behaviour play into George's hands?
Recalling Liz's words, Becky finally turns to Steve and allows him to comfort her. Later, Hayley reassures Becky that it's only her own demons holding her back from becoming a mother...
Elsewhere, Trevor mistakes Carla for Underworld's cleaner and invites her out for a drink.
I think the people at Corrie have woven a brilliant web to trap Gail in. She did all these things in Joe's interest and yet they make her look like a murderer to the eyes of the police. I can't understand why she and David didn't tell Tina about the phone, though. Very stupid.
