The Beeb are widely publicising Fridays LIVE episode as the one where Archies killer will be revealed. According to DeadEric Santander nobody will know until Friday.

What a load of nonsense!!!!

EE episodes are recorded 3-4 weeks in advance so the 3 weeks of episodes following Fridays shocking revelation which will doubtless rock the square have presumably already been recorded.

It would indeed be very strange if no mention were to be made of the arrest of the culprit in Mondays episode or no mention of the fallout which will doubtless have ensued.

I for one will be shocked if the name of the murderer is not widely known in the media before Friday

Of course the killer could turn out to be a war hero who has been living anonomously on the square for the last 55 years and will only be revealed by the saucy trumpet strumpet

But the murder does not get arrested so that is blown out of the water... we will all know who it is but the police won't.. The snip says Jack goes to the real murderer and will say he will make sure Bradley takes the blame..

Yes thats true but it must also be true that there should be a lot of talk about the murderer by the cast involved next week even if the name of the murderer is not made known to the Old Bill

I am sure there is... apparently they all have there scripts and Jack knows the real murder so it will leak... I hope it doesn't... they did an ok job with the Darren story.. it was only a shopkeeper leaving the papers out that revealed the story

I think it can work as said before the killer does not get arrested. Just look at Emmerdale Carl King killed his dad and is still around and that was kept well under wraps

In the Radio Times, DeadEric Santander said that the cast would receive their scripts for the Friday episode on Monday (i.e yesterday) so they will all know by now.

Yes.. so we will all know where the leak is coming from, if there is one.. one of the cast members.. I hope is it not leaked...

What happened to the idea of the actors getting their script half an hour before? Our screen icons not up to that good acting all of a sudden they could not cope with half an hour life filming? :hmm: Meh

I suppose it depends whether you want to see a well rehearsed programme or whether you are wanting things to go wrong for a good laugh....

As I don't take the storylines very serious, I am quite up for a laugh :D

Don't take them seriously? How dare you say such a thing! You'll be saying next that Casualty is not real...

It could end up like a Carry On Film Carry on Up the Arches perhaps

Don't you even dare to suggest that... Casualty is real and so is Holby and Sun Hill...

I read somewhere that the scripts the cast have been given contain everything apart from the last scene, which will be handed over to the actor/actress in question during the show which is when they find out that they did it, knowing eastenders the last scene is probably the duff duff moment where we see the face of the killer, and the 3-4 weeks of filming thats been done after is just eastenders stringing it out up till the arrest, so to finish heres my prediction, it will be peggy, just because of the fact she is leaving later in the year, and i remember her saying to jack on christmas day she wanted things sorted out once and for all.

I also heard this was the case, but has no one wondered why grunt is suddenly all over the soap mags??????? Could he be the killer??, He seems to be getting mentioned alot lately

as i have taken it they all have the scripts for fridays episode with about 8 different endings, and they will only be told during that episode who the murderer is and what ending to play out.

i would presume that they will have filled a number of different scenes to be shown the following week. i'm sure the week after will revolve around other storylines such as Bianca and Carol, and the fall out of Bradleys exit. As Siobhan said the murderer probably isnt the one that gets arrested so the following weeks scenes will probably be the reaction to who was arrested, and the murderer will just lie in the background for a while before anyone else does anything to find out if was them, if anyone does ever find out.

Bry.. don't think anyone gets arrested.. as far as I have seen, Bradley does die and we see Jack at the end telling whoever it is, that he will make sure that Bradley takes the wrap so enquiry might be over as the police think they have the person... i.e Bradley.. so we can assume it is not bradley or Jack... but has to be someone Jack would protect..

well, i read a soapie magazine today and ronnie and phil were mentioned, as was beale the sweal- because of all the lucy stuff- apparently he tries to keep her away from leon- not doing that from prison is he????? and dont forget jack gets shot soon (also probably not in prison)

either bradders janine or peggy then.........................................place your bets!

 yeah but wouldn't stacey cop on she is not really a cop??

I was just pointing out that it could be anyone and not someone who is leaving...

I got a feeling it's Peggy! I can sort of see Jack covering up for her because she is so close to Ronnie, his love and Roxy, the mother of his child! Ronnie would be obvious and I can't see Roxy killing her Dad. Bradley's been in the spotlight too much, as with Janine.
Would laugh if it was someone totally unexpected though :p

Dazzle
18-02-2010, 14:03
But would Jack cover for Peggy at the expense of his own nephew? I can't see it.

I don't think it's Bradley any more, either, but it looks like he's gonna take the blame :(

Siobhan
18-02-2010, 14:12
If the spoiler about Jack is true then it has to be Ronnie or Roxy... He wouldn't dream of saying this to Stacey or Sean.. and I can't seen him doing it to any of the other suspects either.. I believe HE set up Janine not the killer

Or.. rumour might be true and Jack could be speaking out loud to himself and he did have the ring and did plant it on Janine

Make two of us.. (well I think Perdy makes 3) I never ever get them right.. but as you said only 1 more day and we have an hour long tonight to look forward too.. maybe more clues

Siobhan

Something just occurred to me... Bradley is suppose to die.. is that during the live show??? if yes, aren't we going to see the stunt double? or does he die tonight?

Dazzle
18-02-2010, 14:35
I think he dies during the live show. I don't know how they're gonna do it, though. I imagine they'll show him fall off the building, but how will they cut to his body on the street without using a stunt double somewhere? I'd thought of this too.

He would have to be really good to die live on air.. do you know if Charlie Clements has done theather before? Oh I am really looking forward to all this now..

I don't know if Charlie Clements has done theatre before, but Diedrick Santer must have great confidence in him because he'll be carrying a lot of the live show by the sounds of things.

I'm really looking forward to it too - I dreamt about EE last night, mostly Bradley and Jack. A bit sad of me, I know :(

Nah.. you are just excited about it all. I have often dreamed of EE and when I first read all the Harry Potter books, I had wizard dreams for weeks

As we know he is going to leave EE in a bodybag, I really don't care when it happens now. The sooner, the better really. Wish Charlie had not wanted to leave at this time, there really was very little scriptwriters could have done with his character. :(

On a good note, 25 hours to go people! :)

My impression was that he just lay down in a pool of blood. It was still incredibly well done in just seconds.

Apparently they said they had 40 seconds to get the airbag and stunt man of the set and bradley covered in blood on the set.. fantastically done.. Well done EE they did a fabby job
