Nick approaches Carla about investing in the factory.
Tina suggests to Jason that they throw an engagement party on her birthday providing Joe is back in Weatherfield!

Carla is intrigued when Leanne tries to wanr her off letting Nick invest in the factory.
Dev oversteps the mark with Sunita after her aunts ask them about having more children.
Liz tells Steve that Becky is making a mug out of him with her behaviour.

Meanwhilein the Lake District the truth bobs to the surface of Lake Windermere.
Dev and Sunita's subterfuge is almost rumbled when the aunts discover the truth about their sleeping arrangements.

Tina finds herself on the receiving end of a visit from Rick the loan shark and calls the police prompting Gail to tell her about Joe's plan to fake his own death!
Eileen is gutted when Jesse tells her how he is going to spend his winnings from the horse race.
Fed up of spending her evening alone Audrey calls Lewis.

Tina covers for her dad with the police but tells Gail that if he hasn't turned up by Monday she is telling them everything.
Meanwhile, unbeknownst to Gail and Tina, Joe's body is being hauled out of the Lake.
Lewis and Audrey decide to have a bit of fun at the Rovers.

Sorry but I am absolutely shattered and have a headache. I am on a mediation course for work all week and it is a tough one. I also need to prove by Wednesday that I will pass, Thursday and Friday is just practice really so if I don't suss it by Wednesday, my boss will have wasted £8,000. Not something I want to happen.

He appears to be a successful businessman, I think he has his own business in Nottingham which he could sell to raise the funds.
Over in Weatherfield, Gail's questioned by the police after Jason reports Rick the loan shark to the police. Panicking about the repercussions of Joe's disappearance after her recent trip to the Lakes, Gail reveals all to Tina about her father's plan to fake his own death for the insurance payout.
When the police arrive on the Street, Gail's questioned over the loan shark, while Tina lies about Joe's whereabouts, insisting that he's working in Cheshire. Panicked about her father's actions, Tina confides in Jason about the fraud plot.
Later, Tina tells Gail straight - if her dad doesn't turn up by Monday, she's going to tell the police everything...
These scenes air on Friday, February 19 at 7.30pm and 8.30pm on ITV1.
Nick becomes suspicious of Gail

At Number 8, a concerned Gail sits by the phone waiting for a phone call from Joe. Worried that her mother's behaviour looks suspect, David tells her that she must act normal.
Audrey's unconvinced by Gail's facade, especially when she's evasive over questions about the holiday and Joe's whereabouts. How long can Gail maintain her cover?
Later, Audrey confides in Nick that she doesn't believe that Joe has a job in Cumbria. Nick, however, is more concerned with securing himself and job and approaches Carla about investing in the factory.
Meanwhile, Tina suggests to Jason that they throw an engagement party on her birthday so long as her father's back from Cumbria. Tina and Jason tell Eileen about their engagement and ask if they can move back in when they sell the flat. Eileen's thrilled, while Jesse's not happy with that idea in the slightest.
Back at Number 8 Rick calls looking for Joe. He's taken aback when Gail gives him short shrift, before revealing that she knows he's a debt collector. Nick watches from afar and demands to know what Rick wanted but Gail refuses to be drawn on the circumstances of Rick's visit. Nick, however, spots bruises on her arms and demands to know what's going on.
Sunita takes the kids to school, leaving Dev to entertain Upma and Grishma. It's obvious that Dev has no clue where anything is in the house but he somehow manages to cover. Dev shows Sunita's aunts around his shops and they're impressed with his little empire.
Elsewhere at The Rovers, Becky pretends that she's suffering from pregnancy cravings and has Steve fetch her a breakfast barm and a strawberry cornetto.

Gail's behaviour is beginning to arouse suspicion and even Nick believes that Joe's the cause of Gail's bruises. Gail denies it but Nick's determined to find out what's going on and quizzes Tina, who tells him that Rick's a loan shark and Joe's in a lot of debt.
Nick and Audrey interrogate Gail, demanding to know what's going on. Gail, however, can't stand the pressure and insists that they leave. Nick's hurt by his mother's outburst and reveals that he's going back to Nottingham.
David, meanwhile, finds Gail phoning the ferry ports. He suggests that she phone the police but Gail refuses, saying that she'll always stand by Joe. Can David convince her to do the right thing?
Leanne warns Carla off allowing Nick to become involved with the business, before revealing that they were once married. Carla's intrigued and sees Nick in a whole new light.
Dev and Sunita continue to play happy families in front of Upma and Grishma. Sunita's aunts want to know when Dev and Sunita are going to have more children. Dev secretly loves the idea.
Later, Dev suggests to Sunita that they should think about having more children but Sunita's quick to slap him down. At that moment, Dev realises that he's over-stepped the mark.
Jesse makes it clear to Eileen that he thinks the house will be too crowded if Jason and Tina move in. Eileen tells him to get used to the idea as Jason is her son - and if she wants him in her house, she can have him in her house.
Elsewhere, Steve waits on Becky hand and foot - and Liz thinks he's a mug.
David sends a text to Tina from Joe's phone

David gives Tina some perfume for her birthday. An upset Tina tells him that if she doesn't hear from Joe on her birthday then she'll know that there's something seriously wrong.
Anxious to maintain his mother's cover, David texts Tina from Joe's phone wishing her a happy birthday. Tina's delighted by what she's reading and informs Gail that she's received a text from Joe.
Gail's relieved, believing that Joe must be alive and excitedly tells David about what's happened. David, however, quickly explains how he sent it from Joe's phone to throw Tina off the scent. Gail's disappointed by her son's actions and is still left wondering whether her husband's alive or not.
Meanwhile in the Lake District, Gail and David's web of deceit begins to unravel as the Joe's body floats to the surface of the lake…
Grishma and Upma discover the true sleeping arrangements at the house and realise that Dev and Sunita aren't actually sleeping together. Concerned, they quiz the couple about the state of their marriage. Sunita covers and tells them that Dev has a bad back and that he finds the camp bed more comfortable. Will Sunita's elderly aunts buy the story?
Elsewhere, Jesse has some luck on a horse, much to Eileen's delight; and Rita returns from her cruise and trip to see Mavis.
Gail tells Tina the truth about Joe's plan

Tina receives a bouquet of flowers apparently from Joe but she's upset that he couldn't be bothered to phone.
Rick, meanwhile, steps up his harassment campaign at the Platts' and demands more cash from Gail. However, she closes the door in his face. Rick tries to coerce money from Tina but Jason tells him to shove off.
Furious that he's getting nowhere, Rick sets light to a newspaper and pushes it through Tina and Jason's letterbox. Jason rushes down the stairs, puts the fire out and calls the police. Tina's shaken by the incident and sends a text to Joe, informing him that the loan shark just tried to kill her.
David reads the text on Joe's phone and tells Gail that they really need to go to the police. Gail refuses but Jason's already reported Rick himself. As the police arrive on the Street, a desperate Gail fills Tina in on her dad's plan to fake his own death. Will Tina agree not to tell the police?
Jesse gives Eileen a watch as a present and tells her that he's spending the rest of his winnings on a holiday to Egypt with his parents. Eileen's gutted, wondering what it means for their relationship.
Elsewhere, Roy warns Anna and John that he's going to have to reduce their hours until business picks up; Gary arrives home for the weekend with his army friend Quinny; and Audrey's fed up of spending her evenings alone and decides to call Lewis.

The police question Gail and Tina about Rick the loan shark. Tina covers for her dad, claiming that he's working in the Lakes but she later confides in Jason about Joe's crazy plan to fake his own death.
A worried Tina tells Gail that Joe ha until Monday to show up or she's telling the police everything. With that, she leaves a message on Joe's phone, begging him to let her know that he's alive and well.
Fifty miles up the motorway, though, Joe's body is hauled from the lake and zipped into a body-bag…
Eileen's furious about Jesse's plan to spend all of his winnings on his parents and tells Jesse that he either takes her to Egypt or they're finished. What will Jesse choose to do?
Meanwhile, Lewis fancies a bit of fun and persuades Audrey they should go to The Rovers and pretend that they've never met before. Liz and Deirdre admire Lewis across the bar and are mightily put out when he makes a beeline for Audrey.
Norris clocks Lewis in The Rovers but can't for the life of him remember where he's seen him before.
Elsewhere, Kevin drags Tyrone out for a drink in an attempt to cheer him up; and Gary's army mate Quinny tries to chat up Rosie.

He's not divorced yet, he has just made the step. ( his excuse before when they got in the arguement about it was divorces are expensive).

That is what made me think that it was a quick divorce, seeing that Sarah would also have to agree and she is in Italy, so I just thought it happened a bit quickly.
i should take 6 month for it to go threw
From what Jason said about being nearly a free man, I kind of assumed that maybe he was holding the Decree Nisi, not the Decree Absolute, which would make him all but divorced.
Still a very short time to get the decree nisi
