A crowd gathers in the Square as police cars pull up outside No. 45, as the drama continues in EastEnders' 25th anniversary week. Jack spots Max heading towards the police and pulls him out of their earshot. Max tells Jack he is going to pretend to the police that he killed Archie, to take the rap for Bradley. Jack tells him he doesn't need to; it's all over now. Max turns to see the police descending on Janine's flat to search it. They find Archie's engagement ring in her bedroom.

Bianca and Ricky prepare for their wedding separately in tonight's visit to Albert Square, in the build-up to tomorrow's live episode celebrating EastEnders' 25th anniversary.
Phil helps a nervous Ricky get ready at the Vic and Ricky tells him he is worried about his sister, Janine – but even the mention of her name creates a bad atmosphere. Peggy then interrupts and claims that, because Janine killed Barry, she also killed Archie, and she is going to go down for it.
Despite Billie wanting to go to the wedding, Carol firmly tells him that they will not be attending and tears up the invitation in front of him to emphasise that she is adamant.

EastEnders bosses this afternoon released the top secret live episode script to all the cast involved in the 25th anniversary production.
Until today, cast members were in the dark over whether they would be appearing - or even speaking - in the episode.
The script, written by series consultant and lead show writer Simon Ashdown, was delivered to the cast ahead of the first read-through on Monday.
Producers, however, have held back the most important page - the 'Who Killed Archie?' reveal scene. The killer's identity will remain under lock and key until the night of the live episode and the actor playing the culprit will reportedly be informed of their character's sin halfway through the broadcast.
An EastEnders source told DS: "Producers wanted to make sure the script was perfect before sending it out. It's been the talk of the studio for the last three weeks - nobody knew a thing until today."
They added: "Still only seven people know the killer's identity - and that's the way it'll stay until the night."
EastEnders' live silver anniversary episode will be broadcast on Friday, February 19 at 8pm.

Ok, I'm a wee bit confused here, I kinda remember seeing piccys of Stac and Brads getting married, did I imagine that??
No, you did not imagine it :),
I can't wait for the live episode!!!
It's 25th anniversary week in EastEnders in a fortnight's time and the whole week centres around Ricky and Bianca's wedding preparations.
Ricky's Vegas-themed stag night ends in disaster for the groom when the lads bundle him out of The Vic and into a waiting van bound for Calais.
Under instruction from Bianca, Pat heads out in search of Ricky and when she calls his mobile, she's surprised to hear it ringing from the back of a van parked outside the chippy.
Pat unlocks the back door, to find a blindfolded Ricky dressed in a maid's outfit and asking for help in French...
These scenes air on Tuesday, February 16 at 7.30pm on BBC One.

EastEnders star Charlie Brooks has admitted that the secrecy surrounding the show's forthcoming live episode has made filming more difficult in recent weeks.
Cast members only received the script for the special instalment last Friday and are still unaware of who will be revealed as Archie Mitchell's killer in the episode.
The secrecy has meant that the soap stars have faced extra challenges when filming scenes which are to be broadcast after the 25th anniversary production.
Brooks, who plays Janine Butcher, told The Times: "It has been very hard. In the episodes to be shown afterwards, you're being told to look or speak a certain way, but not why."
Meanwhile, executive producer Diederick Santer explained that Archie's killer "may be revealed to the audience rather than the Square" in the live episode.
He added: "It's been a challenge for the cast. They are as desperate to know who did it as the viewers."
It's amusing to think that the cast are as desperate to know who the killer is as we are.
If the murderer is to be revealed to us but not to the other Albert Square residents, that answers our questions about how the cast don't know the killer's identity even though they've been filming episodes that will be transmitted after the live one.

Robbie returns to Walford for the wedding
Airs on Monday, February 15 2010 at 20:00 GMT on BBC One
The investigation into Archie's murder continues as DCI Marsden's voluntary DNA screening sessions begin. Max and Jack are concerned about Bradley and when he turns up at the Car Lot, they explain that he must offer samples of his DNA as his reluctance would raise suspicion. Later, Bradley joins the queue and Jack promises to sort everything out for his nephew. Meanwhile, Peggy and Roxy discuss the case and Ronnie overhears them speculating as to why she's still a suspect. In the Launderette, Dot has a heart-to-heart with Ronnie about Dotty and before Ronnie leaves, Dot reminds her not to forget her black gloves. Outside the Minute Mart, Peggy and Roxy - both wearing black gloves - question where the other has been. They both have sensible explanations but on spotting Marsden, Peggy begins to feel the pressure.
Meanwhile, in her wedding excitement, Bianca crosses off another day on the calendar. Ricky, however, mistakenly believes that his bride-to-be is having second thoughts. Later, Bianca's brother Robbie arrives for the wedding and he's excited to see old family and friends, including Wellard. Tiffany, however, breaks the news to him that Wellard died last year. Ricky's disappointed to hear that the evening's events only include a quiet night in The Vic but when he turns up,
he's pleased to see that the pub's been turned into a mini Vegas. Janine wanders into the pub mid-argument with Roxy, insisting that she doesn't know where Roxy's grandmother's ring is. Janine, however, insists that whoever does is Archie's killer.
As the night rumbles on, Minty begins to think about what could have been with Manda. Ricky, meanwhile, starts questioning whether he truly loves Bianca or not. Bradley and Max turn up and while Masood tries to resist the temptation of the roulette table, Marsden arrives in a bid to unsettle out the murderer. Bradley's visibly shaken. However, as soon as Marsden's out of the way, the lads restrain Ricky, blindfold him and throw him into the back of a van, claiming that he's going to Calais like he did for his first stag night. It's all a ruse, though, as he only travels to the other side of the Square. Phil's distracted by the thought of his missing cufflink, while across the Square, someone wearing a pair of black woollen gloves breaks into Janine's flat and plants Roxy's grandmother's ring in her teapot…
Jack then sits on a bench in the park, takes off his black gloves and awaits DC Hughes.
Elsewhere, Sonia visits Jamie's grave; Shirley agrees to allow Zsa Zsa and Heather to give her a makeover; a drunken and emotional Sonia asks Phil if he ever thinks about Jamie; Shirley goes to show Phil her new look; Phil urges Sonia to tidy herself up upstairs at The Vic; removing his black gloves, Phil's shocked to find Sonia naked in his bed and Shirley stood behind him; and Bianca's stunned to find her mother Carol on her doorstep…
Janine's arrested after a search of her flat
Airs on Tuesday, February 16 2010 at 19:30 GMT on BBC One
Jack offers DC Hughes a bribe to lose the DNA samples and he's relived when Hughes takes the cash. Hughes, however, warns Jack never to call him again. Back at the station, though, DCI Marsden informs the bent cop that they've just had a tip as to the location of the missing ring. On the Square, a crowd gathers as the police roll on by. Max tells Jack that he wants to confess to Archie's murder to save Bradley but Jack insists that it's all over. With that, the police storm Janine's flat in search of Archie's ring. Once found, Janine's arrested and handcuffed. Furious, Janine exclaims that she's been set up as she's dragged out to the police car. Bundled inside, Janine quietly reiterates: 'I didn't do it'…
Meanwhile, Carol barges into Pat's house looking for Billie, who staggers out of the kitchen in a drunken state. Carol exclaims that Billie's returning home with her, but Pat takes the opportunity to push mother and daughter together, insisting that Bianca and Carol resolve their differences - they shouldn't allow Dan Sullivan to continue ruining their family. Carol, however, refuses to talk about it. Later, Carol and Billie are about to leave when Sonia rushes past in
tears. Carol follows her daughter who ultimately reveals that she's not sure her marriage to Martin will last. As Carol offers Sonia a roof over her head, Bianca looks on at the emotional moment between them. Outside, Pat's calling Ricky's mobile and hears it ringing from a nearby van. Thinking that he's in France, a semi-naked Ricky begins calling for help in French! As Carol drives off with Billie, Bianca turns to Pat and emotionally admits: "I just want my mum."
Elsewhere, Phil tries to explain to Shirley that nothing's happened between him and Sonia but Shirley storms out; Dotty's mother Sandy turns up on the Square but Dot denies knowing a little girl called Kirsty - Dotty's real name; Becca lets herself into The Vic; the Beales help Bobby fill in his family tree; Sonia admits to Phil that she misread his signals; Dot meets Sandy in the café where she explains that Nick took Kirsty away as she (Sandy) was addicted to
drugs and therefore an unfit mother; Phil suggests that Sonia move on and stop dredging up the past, but she concedes that her new life is like a prison sentence; and Sandy's desperate to see Kirsty again but Dot only agrees to call if she hears anything.
Also, Shirley tells Phil that she wants nothing more to do with him; Becca turns up at the Slaters' with Ronnie's hairbrush and suggests that Stacey use it to prove that Archie's the father of her baby; Billie tells his mother that they need to turn around as he's forgotten something at Pat's house; Lucy watches on as Ian starts digging something up at the allotments; Stacey's surprised to hear that Max and Jack know about Bradley's movement on Christmas Day and that the police are moving in on him; and Shirley's anxious that the new police evidence could blow their cover, prompting Phil to ask if she's found his missing cufflink.
It's the day of Ricky and Bianca's wedding
Airs on Thursday, February 18 2010 at 19:30 GMT on BBC One
One-hour special
It's the morning of Ricky and Bianca's wedding and while Phil helps Ricky prepare, Bianca's over at Pat's readying herself for the big day ahead. Meanwhile, Billie tries to talk Carol into attending the nuptials but she's firm - they're not going. With that, she tears up the invite in front of him. Everyone gathers for the wedding and Bradley turns up with a surprise announcement - he and Stacey won't be attending as they're also getting married at a small ceremony in town. Becca and Charlie are disappointed that they've not been invited and it's up to Stacey to convince Becca that Bradley doesn't hate her. Bianca descends the stairs at Pat's in her ivory bridal gown and her family look on in awe at the sight before them. Whitney suggests that they call Billie to see if he wants to be at the wedding, but Bianca insists that there's no point as Carol's made up her mind.
Carol and Billie continue to argue over the wedding. Billie received a text message from Whitney asking him to attend and at that moment, Billie bolts out of the car insisting that he wants nothing more to do with her - he's going to the wedding and moving in with Bianca. Furious at her son's determination, Carol retrieves the crumpled wedding invite and braces herself for the day ahead. Carol's arrival at the church causes problems when Phil misunderstands Billy's signal. With that, the bridal march starts playing as Carol storms in and an argument with Ricky ensues. In the wedding car, Bianca worries about what's going on in the church when the car continues to do circuits around the block. Barging past Billy, Bianca wanders into the church and grinds to an abrupt halt when she sees Carol.
Bianca's arrival causes Carol to storm out of the church. Bianca gives chase and the pair descend into a slanging match about the past. Finally apologising to Carol for betraying her all those years ago, they return inside for the ceremony. But has Carol really forgiven Bianca? And will the wedding go ahead? Wondering if Bianca really loves him, Ricky asks: "Am I enough for you?"
Meanwhile, Janine's at the police station as DCI Marsden fires questions at her about the discovery of the ring in her flat. Janine maintains that she's been set up by a Mitchell, Jack Branning or Ian Beale. Later, Janine's released due to insufficient evidence to detain her and on her way out, informs Marsden that she's going to find out who planted the evidence and put an end to the situation once and for all. Back on the Square, Janine rushes to her door in the hope of preparing for the wedding but she discovers that the locks have been changed. Outside the church, Jack's on the phone to Hughes, who tells him that they've had to release Janine. Max asks his brother whether he can still protect Bradley and Jack responds that he's the only person preventing Bradley from a long stretch in prison.
Later, a ferocious Janine sees Ian and accuses him of planting the ring in her flat. Concerned by her strange behaviour, Ian reveals that he saw Jack talking to the police and he's the most likely to have set her up. Seeing Jack emerge from The Vic, Janine accuses him of staging the ring scenario, before suggesting that he was the one to kill Archie. Ryan arrives on the scene and Janine questions why he changed the locks at the flat, while waving a key in his face. Ryan, however, claims that the key isn't for their flat. Janine then realises that whoever switched her key is the person who set her up with the ring. With that, she sets about trying to find the corresponding lock…
Inside The Vic, Ronnie's behaviour becomes increasingly eccentric as she scratches at the floor on the spot where Archie died. Becca, meanwhile, intends to replace Ronnie's hairbrush that she stole but Bradley drags Stacey away before she can talk her out of it. In search of Becca, Stacey bumps into Ryan and has a horrible recollection. Eventually finding Becca upstairs in The Vic, Stacey tries to coax her downstairs. Ronnie appears and questions why they're there. Not holding back, Becca tells Ronnie what Archie did to Stacey last year. As Bradley breaks the news to Becca that he and Stacey will be getting their own place, Ronnie makes a shock declaration to Stacey - Archie was infertile due to chemotherapy he had years ago, so her baby can't be his. Stacey's shaken by the revelation, while Becca calls the police with information about Archie's murder. Stacey confides in Bradley that Archie's not the father of her baby and when asked who is, Stacey declines to answer.
Later, Janine scours the Square in search of the correct lock. Jack's door fails to open, as does Ian's, but when she tries The Vic's cellar door, she's surprised to find that it fits. As Janine confronts Phil, Ronnie punches her, knocking her onto the wedding cake. As the locals erupt in laughter, Janine catches a glimpse of Peggy who looks on with severe hatred. At that moment, Janine realises that Peggy planted Archie's ring in her house.
After speaking with his police contact, Jack corners Bradley and Stacey informing them that there's a problem: somebody's told the police about Archie, Stacey and the baby - the police are on their way for him, so he must flee Walford…
Elsewhere, Peggy's insistent that Janine's responsible for Archie's murder as she has the form; Janine turns up at the wrong church; Stacey and Bradley return to the Square after their small wedding ceremony in town; Ronnie begins drinking vodka while she's still in her dressing gown, prompting Peggy to suggest that she needs to move on; and Billie shares a kiss with Whitney and afterwards, Billie asks if he can borrow the keys to Pat's house.
Billie returns to Pat's house, takes the gun and returns to The Vic; relations are strained between Phil and Shirley after the Sonia incident earlier in the week; Sonia apologises to Phil about the bed incident and kisses him on the cheek just as Shirley walks in; Lucy makes a move on Leon just as Ian appears; Shirley threatens to retract her statement which includes Phil's alibi; Lucy threatens to tell everyone that she saw Ian digging up a box in the allotments; Ronnie throws paint at Archie's poster and as it drips down her face, we see red paint dripping from her hands like blood; and a worried-looking Dot tells Ian that she's committed a crime.

If Ryan is the baby's daddy i could see him fleeing as Ryan lives there - i prefer if Stacey went with him tbh
EastEnders' executive producer Diederick Santer has revealed that a backup plan is in place for the soap's forthcoming live episode in case of technical difficulties on the night.
The show's boss told Inside Soap that an emergency tape featuring the rehearsal for the instalment will be aired if there is a crisis on February 19.
Walford's special 25th anniversary broadcast will feature the much-anticipated reveal of Archie Mitchell's killer following weeks of mystery and confusion.
Santer explained: "We'll be filming the rehearsal, including the various versions of the reveal scene. That way - if something goes seriously wrong - to which the only alternative is BBC One going back, we can play the tape."
However, he stressed that the tape will not be used if a cast member forgets a line or for any other minor problems.
Santer said: "In those cases, we'll power on using our improvisational skills. It's really just for technical backup in case of a proper crisis."

Apart from the fact it means the actors don't necessarily know what is happening, can someone explain the point of a live episode from the viewers point of view?
I guess you will be watching more closely to see if you can spot anything happening that shouldn't.

The live episode is definitely a publicity stunt, but I'm looking forward to it because it will be more exciting and feel more true-to-life knowing the action is happening live. I'll also be quite tense waiting for something to go wrong.
EastEnders actress Lacey Turner has reportedly been struck down by the flu ahead of tonight's live 25th anniversary episode.
The 21-year-old - who plays Stacey Slater in the serial - was apparently sent home before yesterday's final dress rehearsal as she struggled to even say her lines.
It is believed that Turner has a substantial amount of dialogue and is heavily involved in Bradley's story as he attempts to flee Walford, having become the prime suspect in Archie's murder investigation.
An EastEnders source is quoted in The Mirror as saying: "She was croaking at cast members, saying 'I can't speak'. Lacey is always such a professional and she doesn't want to do anything to jeopardise the live show."
They added: "Fans will have to tune in to see if she makes it."
A show insider this morning told DS: "Everyone's hopeful that she's due in but how much she'll be able to speak remains to be seen. Knowing Lacey, she'll work through it and be as fantastic as ever."
EastEnders Live airs tonight at 8pm on BBC One.

Stacey will play at big part tonight she will have to be there
EastEnders star Lacey Turner intends to take part in tonight's live episode, despite her ongoing battle with throat problems.
Yesterday, the 21-year-old, who plays Stacey Branning, was sent home ahead of the final dress rehearsal as throat problems rendered her unable to recite her lines.
It is believed that she has a substantial amount of dialogue during tonight's 30-minute live edition as part of her screen husband Bradley's attempt to escape the Square before the police catch up with him.
A Walford source this morning told Digital Spy that Turner was "due in" for rehearals but it "remained to be seen" whether she would be able to take part.
This afternoon, however, sources confirmed to DS that the actress is currently rehearsing with the rest of the cast and fully intends to go ahead with the live episode this evening.
EastEnders Live airs tonight at 8pm on BBC One.
DS
Phew, thank goodness for that!
As one of 'Eastenders' biggest storylines came to an end during a live episode last Friday, the the pressure of performing live appeared to get to a number of its stars.
But during the 30 minute 'whodunnit' show a number of bloopers were spotted by eagle eyed viewers.
Scott Maslen, who plays ex-police officer Jack Branning, stumbled over his lines in the opening scene.
Peggy Mitchell's character, played by Barbara Windsor, called her co-star the wrong name when she called Janine, played by Charlie Books, June by accident.
And Charlie Clements, whose character Bradley was dramatically killed off, moved his hand just moments after his on-screen death.
Lacey Turner - who plays Stacey Slater- shouted "Charlie" instead of Bradley as he fell from the building.
Meanwhile June Brown, known to millions as Dot Cotton, forgot the name of her character's granddaughter.
And Ian Beale - the only character left to have appeared in the first episode in 1985 - shouted at his on-screen enemy Phil Mitchell to "slop it" instead of "stop it".
A number of other minor glitches were also spotted, including Max Branning, who is played by actor Jake Wood, attempting to make himself sick after the death of his on-screen son.
Meanwhile, Samantha Womack, who plays Ronnie Mitchell, revealed she forgot to pay for her shopping during a live scene in the Mini Mart.
A spokesperson for the show told The Daily Mail that despite a few cracks, "everybody was very proud with the way the show went."
I only seen Jack muble his lines a bit
Yeah that it the only one I got too.. Jack missing his lines at the start.. Only found out about Ronnie not paying when i watch the BBC 3 show just after it
I noticed Jack stumbling over his lines and Bradley' hand still moving after his fall
'EastEnders Live' - Slip-ups and Questions
Tuesday, February 23 2010, 15:10 GMT
By Kris Green, DS Soaps Editor
EastEnders live ep didn't go without a hitch on Friday, as viewers spotted a number of slip-ups by actors, cameramen and lighting operators alike. Granted, they probably shouldn't have happened but live television is live television.
We've all watched shows like The X Factor and Britain's Got Talent and over the years we're seen how live TV can go belly up - and those kind of shows are interspersed with VT after VT. EastEnders was live on air for a solid 30 minutes - without an ad break.
True, the cast and crew had two weeks to rehearse the performance - but nobody can control what happens live on air.
So what went wrong?
Scott Maslen tripped up his lines within the first few minutes of the episode but recovered remarkably quickly. I was in BBC Three's Aftermath studio (on the set of R&R) and we all thought it was part of the script. Listening back to it, though, there were a couple of bumbles - and it's safe to say that Scott was gutted over what had happened!
Meanwhile, rumours are flying around the forums that Barbara Windsor forgot some of her lines during her scenes with Rita Simons and Samantha Womack. I can assure everyone that she didn't miss a single line. I've actually seen a copy of the script and aside from calling 'Janine' by the wrong name ('June') in The Vic cellar scenes, Barbara recited her lines verbatim. I didn't actually hear the slip of the tongue at first, but watching the show back on iPlayer, you could hear the incorrect name clearly.
Another slip of the tongue came from Adam Woodyatt when Ian told Phil to "slop it" instead of "stop it".
Lacey Turner apparently shouted "Charlie!" instead of "Bradley!" when he (well, his stunt double) fell to his death from The Vic's roof. I've re-watched and re-watched that scene again and again and can't hear "Charlie" at all. I saw Lacey briefly after the show went off and air she didn't look well at all - and certainly couldn't talk properly. You can hear her hoarse voice clearly in the clip.
Jake Wood could be seen inserting his fingers down his throat trying to make himself sick. While Jake mentioned on This Morning today that those who are in shock just want to make themselves sick as quickly as possible, I'd probably put it down to the camera not cutting quickly enough to the next scene.
Charlie Clements's finger twitched during the aerial shot of Bradley after he'd plummeted to his death. I understand why viewers thought it was strange as Bradley was supposed to be dead but apparently such things can happen. I'm no expert, but after consulting a degree student in the field (hardly Dr Hilary, I know) there can be residual nervous activity in limbs just after or moments before actual death. Its technical term is a 'postmortem spasm'. I'm sure it wasn't written in the script, but it didn't really detract from what was happening in the scene.
And finally, if you saw June Brown on The Aftermath, you'll need no explanation as to why she forgot the name of her screen granddaughter. A remarkable woman.
Other questions that remain unanswered until now since the live ep are as follows:
What were the three clues indicating that Stacey was the killer?
They're rather weak, but here goes… Stacey was the first person to be seen in the Christmas trailer; Stacey reacted strangely when Roxy handed her baby Amy during the Christmas Day episode; and Stacey spat on Archie's grave at his funeral.
Was the twist about Ronnie being sexually abused by Archie was she was younger always planned?
Yes.
Despite the incidents above, I thought the ep was certainly something special and the cast - Lacey Turner, Sam Womack and Rita Simons in particular - should be commended for their part in creating EastEnders history. A standout production for the silver anniversary and the few blips were a small price to pay for going live.
Departing EastEnders boss Diederick Santer has revealed how Lacey Turner reacted when he told her that Stacey Branning was Archie Mitchell's killer.
Santer only informed Turner of her alter ego's secret minutes before the programme's live 25th anniversary episode went to air on Friday night.
The actress's reaction to the news was originally intended to be filmed for broadcast on EastEnders Live: The Aftermath, which aired on BBC Three after the special instalment.
However, Santer this afternoon told Richard Bacon on 5Live: "Lacey came to see me and I had a camera pointed at her [to record] the whole thing, but because I'm technically incompetent I didn't actually press record!
"I said, 'Lacey, I think you may have worked out why you're here - Stacey killed Archie. It was you!'
"Then she said something I can't really repeat right now, but she went with it. She started asking questions about the ending and about the performance."
The show's executive producer also confessed that he felt nervous and started chewing his pen when Scott Maslen (Jack Branning) fluffed his lines in one of the live episode's early scenes.
However, he added: "What [was] wonderful [was] his recovery. It happened within the first few minutes and [then] he was exemplary for the rest of the episode. He's done two live episodes of The Bill and he's a rock-steady kind of guy so I knew he'd pull it back."
Lacey was very, very surprised that it was her, wasn't she? I wonder what it was she said to him? I don't mind a bit of swearing.
Poor Scott Maslen - everyone's talking about how he fluffed his lines at the start of the episode. To be fair, it was the only mistake I noticed.
