THE net closes in on killer Natasha when cops quiz her over Mark's vanishing act. As they grill her, the murdering mum reveals his bigamy secret - putting her firmly in the frame if a body is found!
"She has to keep calm now," admits Amanda Donohoe, who plays Natasha.

Natasha's ice-cool exterior cracks as she breaks the news to Will that his dad betrayed them with Faye and won't be back.

Distraught, Will flees into the woods. But as Natasha races to find him, the cops show up!

Rattled by the day's events, Natasha snaps that she doesn't care if she never sees Mark again.

Her attitude puzzles officers, and Natasha is forced to reveal how Mark committed bigamy and tore his family apart.

The revelation makes Mark's disappearance seem more sinister than cops first thought, and as they start enquiries into his whereabouts, for how long can Natasha get away with murder?

"She is absolutely horrified by what she's done - she has gone into shock," explains Amanda. "I don't see how anybody could live with taking someone else's life."

The police recover a body

Airs on Thursday, February 4 2010 at 19:00 GMT on ITV1

A hungover Maisie surfaces but she's dismissive when Nathan and Natasha suggest talking about last night. Meanwhile, Katie tells Ryan that he needs to open up about his feelings and her curiosity is satisfied when he claims that he's absolutely fine.

Later, Natasha thanks Ryan for calling Nathan but she's filled with dread when a police car pulls up outside. Natasha's frozen to the spot as the police reveal that they've recovered a body and they'd like her to go with them. Have the police found Mark?

Meanwhile, Zak's thrilled when he receives confirmation of the hotel booking and arranges for Lisa to have the day off. However, Zak has to bribe Shadrach with a bottle of whiskey to keep quiet. Lisa's amazed when Zak reveals that he's whisking her away.

Later, Shadrach's peeved at being left out of Zak's plans and decides to make the most of having the house to himself and take a bath. However, having had one too many whiskeys, Shadrach falls asleep and water begins spilling through the ceiling. Will Zak regret leaving Shadrach to fend for himself?

Elsewhere, Diane attempts to break the ice with Moira but Marlon picks up on Moira's frostiness and confronts her. However, Moira's curt attitude leaves him troubled.

Faye and Natasha arrive at the morgue

Airs on Thursday, February 4 2010 at 20:00 GMT on ITV1

The police ask Natasha to ID the body that they've found, while Ryan's sympathetic when he breaks the news to Faye about the gruesome discovery.

At the morgue, Natasha's shocked when Faye arrives and as they're called through, Faye takes Natasha's hand. After glimpsing at the body, Natasha informs the police that it's not Mark and quickly pulls away from Faye. Upon hearing that the body isn't that of their father, Maisie's desperate for Mark to return home.

Back in the village, Natasha and Faye find an uneasy solace in their shared ordeal and as Ryan remains cold towards Faye, Natasha assures her that he still clearly cares for her.

Overwrought, Natasha breaks down and tells Faye that she knows Mark's dead, before reeling in shock at her veiled confession. How long can Natasha maintain cover over her murderous secret?

Meanwhile, Marlon's concerned for Diane when she admits that she's struggling with everything, especially as it's the anniversary of Jack's death tomorrow. Marlon later gives Moira food for thought when he reveals that Diane's worried about losing her as a friend.

Moira tells a relieved Diane that she loves her job and thoroughly enjoys working with her, so wants to put the whole school incident behind them.

Elsewhere, Shadrach's flustered as he rushes outside. He's horrified, though, when he rushes back inside to find that the roof has fallen in and the bath is now in the flooded living room.

Anticipating Zak's reaction, Shadrach does a runner, instead of staying to face the music.

Zak and Lisa return to a wrecked house

Airs on Friday, February 5 2010 at 19:00 GMT on ITV1

Faye tells Natasha that she's hired a private investigator to look for Mark. Nathan's irritated that Faye went to identify the body with his mother, while Maisie's convinced that her father isn't dead.

Later, Natasha attempts to help Faye move on. Natasha proclaims that Faye's already spent 27 years of her life in limbo because of Mark and questions whether she really wants to go through it all again.

Natasha persists that refusing to move on is cruel on those who have been left behind and insists that they have to let Mark go once and for all - for their own sakes.

Faye emotionally accepts Natasha's claims and as when Natasha assures Faye that she's there for her, she decides to reconsider hiring the private detective.

Meanwhile, Zak and Lisa return in high spirits from their night away but are horrified when they see what's happened to the house.

With no sign of Shadrach or their housekeeping pot, Zak fumes at him for destroying their home, while Lisa despairs at the ruin. What will the Dingles do? Will Shadrach ever return to face the music?

Elsewhere, it's the anniversary of Jack's death and Diane, Andy and Victoria share a poignant moment at his grave.

Determined to maintain her high spirits, Diane's looking forward to the concert with Doug and claims that it's just what she needs to help her through a difficult day.
