Kemal returned from being diagnosed by Doctor Big with a right pain in the rear.
Clutching an inflatable rubber ring and a bunch of grapes, Kemal informed the medics he had an unpleasant case of haemorrhoids.
As the nurses helped him sit on the ring to relieve his sensitive derriere, Kemal seemed strangely upbeat.
Waggling his bunch of grapes excitedly (that's the fruit we're talking about, you lot, not the ailment) he gibbered, "No one else can eat these grapes!" It's quite a treat in light of the House food shortage.
Maxwell was also impressed by Kemal's unfortunate ailment. "That's wicked," he exclaimed, enviously eyeing the grapes.
Maybe Kemal's good humour is down to the fact he doesn't quite understand his problem.
Pausing from admiring the grapes for a second Kemal queried, "What's haemorrhoids again?"
