CORRIE loudmouth Janice Battersby is set to fall in lust with a hunky dustman more than ten years her junior.
The lonely knicker-stitcher becomes besotted with buff late twentysomething Trevor after he moves into her flat as a lodger.
And she starts thinking she has a chance with him when he suggests they share a huge fry-up together every Saturday morning.
Janice - played by Vicky Entwistle, 41 - meets Trev when he arrives in Weatherfield homeless after being thrown out by his girlfriend.
She takes pity on him and invites him to rent a room from her - but is soon fantasising about him as a potential toyboy.
She first decides they are made for each other when Trevor, played by Steve Jackson, tells her that his Friday nights are reserved for "lads' nights out".
Eager Janice replies: "Snap. Me an' all - only we call it a girls' night out."
But Janice will face some tough competition to win over "fit as a butcher's dog" Trev - because his arrival also sets several other hearts aflutter.
First to come sniffing around is factory girl Kelly Crabtree (Tupele Dorgu), who announces to Trevor: "Forget about your ex. I'll soon put a smile back on your face given half the chance."
And Kelly's pal Julie Carp (Katy Cavanagh) quickly gets to the point, asking the binman: "So Trevor, I hope you don't think I'm being too forward but is there a Mrs Trevor lurking in the shadows or are you hopefully young, free and single?"
The ITV1 soap is set to screen the storyline in the spring. Poor Janice will hope she doesn't get thrown out with the trash...
