I bought an LG Cookie about 2 months ago now, and about a month into having it, it broke. It froze, so I took the battery out and put it back in, and since it won't turn back on. It does try to turn on, it comes up with the LG Cookie logo and lights up, but then turns back off again. It's fully charged also?
Anyone any idea what I can do?
I bought it at Argos, and haven't still got the receipt :s so can't bring it back.
Can you take phones you haven't bought from the Orange shop to the Orange shop? Or no?
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Orange would charge you for it probably, as would other repair shops, as its only the network you are on, you didn't actually buy it from the Orange shop.
Did you buy the phone by card? If so it may be worth a try printing off your bank statement and showing them because it proves you bought the phone at argos.

Its got one year warranty. At the worst Argos should send it back to be repaired, or you can phone LG direct.
I assume you paid by card? If it was a credit card, then you're also covered by that. Regardless, your statement is proof enough of purchase from Argos.

Yes I did buy using my card. So maybe that's worth a try then, printing off my statement?
Thanks
Was it a credit card?
