Derek is still refusing to forgive young Anthony's negligent handling of his skipping rope.
Anthony borrowed the rope earlier in the week but instead of returning it promptly to its owner he left it outside in the rain.
Derek has ignored the Geordie ever since and today consulted Roberto and Science on the matter.
They advised him to talk through the matter to repair the relationship, but the Tory snubbed the idea of begging for an apology.
"I didn't have to be told when I was 23," fumed the right whinger. "This generation should be obliterated!"
Shocked by his anger, Science felt Derek should calm down, but the mature Housemate continued ranting.
"I'm 40, I can say whatever I like!" he bellowed. "That's the prerogative of going into the autumn of your life!"
Well Derek's certainly not heard about mellowing with age.
